None of this is surprising given the location of the deaths and the fact that sex work and drugs were often involved.
However, "in 2020, the year the Human Rights Campaign published a statement attributing the deaths of “our Black trans siblings” to “an epidemic of violence” fueled by “systems of white supremacy,” not a single white suspect was identified in the cases we verified. [oops] In other words, the HRC, among the primary pushers of a white supremacy fueled, trans genocide, hate crime epidemic can’t support that narrative with their own statistics or anyone else’s."

This is reminiscent of when NYC Mayor de Blasio blamed dozens of violent attacks on Orthodox Jews on "the forces of white supremacy" when NOT ONE SINGLE ATTACK was committed by a white person. This bombshell study blows away the main talking point that drove the push for so called 'gender affirming care' for minors with gender dysphoria. The claim was that it provides for better mental health and without it, they would have worse mental health including increaced suicidality.
Turns out the opposite is true: "Gender-referred adolescents showed significantly higher psychiatric morbidity than controls both before (45.7% vs. 15.0%) and ≥ 2 years after referral (61.7% vs. 14.6%). Those referred after 2010 had greater psychiatric needs than earlier cohorts, both before (47.9% vs. 15.3%) and ≥ 2 years after (61.3% vs. 14.2%) referral. Among adolescents who underwent medical gender reassignment, psychiatric morbidity increased markedly during follow-up — rising from 9.8% to 60.7% in feminising gender reassignment and from 21.6% to 54.5% in masculinising gender reassignment. After adjusting for prior psychiatric treatment, all gender-referred adolescents had similarly elevated risks of psychiatric morbidity, with hazard ratios approximately three times higher than female controls and five times higher than male controls."
To summarize, boys who tried to become girls had a 10% suicidality rate before 'gender affirming care' and a 60% rate after! A 6X increase. One cannot imagine a bigger disaster. Far worse outcome in exchange for sterilizing and disfiguring yourself for life and becoming a lifelong medical patient dependent on dangerous and expensive cross-sex hormones for life!

In 2024 alone, hate crime offenses rose nearly 9%, with anti-LGBTQ incidents up over 13% and anti-Jewish bias events reaching 310." People cannot flee California fast enough, yet she's out there shitting on other states with far better records.

Some on the left are characterizing this as a return to "conversion therapy." This is yet another reason that it never made sense to lump the Ts in with the LGBs. Conversion therapy IS harmful and useless with the LGBs but being trans is a very different thing. In many, if not most it is not 'iniate' like sexuality. 80-90% of 'trans' youth will outgrow their gender dysphoria if not treated with drugs and surgeries. But if so treated, 80-90% will need the medical treatment for life, in exchange for many medical risks and complications all so they can never actually resemble the gender they are trying to 'transition' to. There are 10s of thousands of detransitioners even after 'gender affirming care' even though some to much of the damage done is irreversible.
