Oct 19, 2025 ~ 'Trump Pushes Back on Disparate Impact'
Hopefully the scam called 'Disparate Impact' is finally coming to and end with the help of President Trump.
"The story begins with the Civil Rights Act of 1964, one of America’s foundational antidiscrimination laws. The statute’s original text made no mention of disparate impact and explicitly protected employment tests—as long as they were professionally developed and not “designed, intended, or used” to discriminate based on illegitimate criteria such as race."
"However, in a series of decisions beginning with 1971’s Griggs v. Duke Power, the Supreme Court ruled that professionally developed tests (and other selection mechanisms) could still be considered illegal discrimination, even without any intent to discriminate. Congress later codified this interpretation in the 1991 Civil Rights Act, explicitly authorizing the courts to apply the disparate-impact framework."
Following that Act, any test or requirement that negatively affected one race more than others would be deemed 'racist' by definition and would have to be changed. This is how the banking industry was deemed 'racist' because by treating all races equally by looking at relevant measures such as credit score and income, more black people were excluded than white people. The qualifications were not racist but it didn't matter. Banks had to 'remedy' the 'racism' by lowering the standards for black people to up the numbers. The collateral damage that resulted (black families going bankrupt, banks going under) did not matter to the race hustlers.
Disparate impact effected many other areas than banking. Tests to become firefighters were called 'racist' because not enough black people were meeting the minimum requirements in some areas. The tests were not racist; they tested for important job relevant things like calculating how many hoses were needed to cover a distance. SAT tests were called 'racist' for the same reason. Many colleges were forced start ignoring or downplaying SAT scores so as not to run afoul of disparate impact claims.
Everyone started implementing illegal racial quotas as the only way to fight off disparate impact claims: "It’s hard for a department to avoid lawsuits and liability proactively, given the subjectivity involved both within the executive branch and in the courts. 'The only way they are going to avoid trouble with a liberal Justice Department is if they ensure that at the end of the year, when you break down their hiring, it fits the racial quotas that the Justice Department thinks you ought to have.'"
Physical tests have a disparate impact on women which put fire stations and other jobs between a rock and a hard place. They must ensure that their people are physically able to do the job for the safety of everyone involved, but they also must make sure their hiring has no disparate impact. This entire charade needs to come to an end and its hopefully moving in that direction...

WOW! The #FakeNews has still not learned their lesson. After massive credibility loss and loss of viewers and subscribers, they are STILL lying right to our faces and expecting to get away with it. The BBC spliced sentence fragments that were 54 minutes aparet of the Jan 6 2021 rally to make it look like Trump was calling for an insurrection.
What Trump said: "We’re gonna walk down, and I’ll be there with you, we’re gonna walk down, we’re gonna walk down any one you want but I think right here, we’re gonna walk down to the Capitol and we’re gonna cheer on our brave senators and congressmen and women... I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard.”
The BBC doctored the footage by splicing in something he said much later: "We’re gonna walk down, and I’ll be there with you, and we fight. We fight like hell."
Are you fucking kidding me! As President Trump once said, the fake news is the enemy of the people.

They’re one of the most powerful ISIS groups anywhere in the world. That’s the part of the story the AP would rather skip over, as they attempt to “both sides” this ongoing slaughter.
But you can’t skip over that part of the story because it’s clearly relevant to how the United States should respond. Think about the rise of ISIS in Iraq a decade ago. Obama declared that they weren’t a big threat. He called ISIS the “JV team.” Then, just six months later, ISIS took over huge swaths of Syria and Iraq and said they were going to start a new caliphate. And it wasn’t until Donald Trump took office and dramatically intensified the Pentagon’s attacks on ISIS in 2017 that they were finally defeated in both Iraq and Syria."

Whether it’s our farmers exporting our crops or our manufacturers bringing in certain parts they need or what have you, everybody would have been affected. To the extent our economy is touching the world, we have to be engaged in these organizations.”

He does expect the globalists who pushed this effort to try again, but he said next time the Trump administration will be even more prepared and will stop it again."
There is no question a Democratic administration would have gone along with all of this.

Democrats and the #FakeNews just cannot stop LYING. @Newsweek runs an article titled 'Memorial to Black US soldiers who died in WW2 quietly removed.' As always, it turns out to be a totally fake, bogus story designed to show the world is systemically 'racist' against 'oppressed' black people.
The panels about the black soldiers were never removed. They were just in the display rotation as they have always been. "The ABMC told Newsweek in a statement that the visitors' center at Margraten had 15 magnetic panels "designed to be removed and rotated throughout the life of the exhibit to highlight as many individual stories as possible."
"In fact, the proportion of panels featuring black soldiers to white soldiers is vastly higher than that featuring white soldiers. Almost 10,000 soldiers are honored at the cemetery, of whom 174 are black. Four out of 15 of the panels feature black soldiers." As usual, the truth is the opposite of what the #FakeNews makes it out to be. Why do they lie all the time about these things? Why do they want to divide us and make everyone hate each other?

They tried with the Ukraine Hoax. They tried with bogus lawfare case after bogus lawfare case. They're like the coyote trying to get the roadrunner. The roadrunner always gets away and the coyote goes off the cliff or ends up under a rock. They were so excited to release a bunch of Epstein's emails because he mentioned Trump a couple of times.
One email said Trump spent hours with one of the victims. The Democrats redacted her name deliberately to deceive. To imply that Trump was victimizing this person. But it was Virginia Giuffre who is on record as saying that she never saw Trump do anything inappropriate. In a 2016 deposition, Giuffre said Trump “didn’t partake in any sex with us [and] never flirted with me.”
"In another email, to the journalist Michael Wolff, Epstein said that Trump 'knew about the girls,' a phrase that has gotten much play in the media, but the disgraced financier added, 'as he asked ghislaine to stop,' a reference to Ghislaine Maxwell. This is cryptic, but a very plausible interpretation is that it’s confirmation of Trump’s story that Epstein was recruiting girls from Mar-a-Lago, and the future presidential candidate told him to stop." Which is exactly what Trump has always said. Trump kicked Epstein out of his club for being a “creep” and poaching his staff. He told Epstein to stop poaching the staff and when he did it again, Trump kicked him out of Mar-a-Lago.
The Democrats tried to make hay out of Epstein's comment, "that dog that hasn’t barked is trump." But it doesn't mean what they think it means. He simply meant that there is no law enforcement chatter or activity involving Trump. Regardless of what Epstein meant or could have meant, there is still no evidence that Trump was ever involved with any of Epstein's illegal activities.

Wajahat Ali (know on this site as Asshat Ali), went on a very racist rant against white people. Racists know they can still be as racist as they want against white people and suffer no consequences. They can still enjoy jobs at mainstream organizations like the #FakeNews @nytimes who once hired someone known for tweeting out #cancelwhitepeople.
He starts out by saying that brown people have somehow beaten white people and that white people (who didn't know they were being played apparently) make a mistake by allowing brown people into their countries. You might be skeptical of this description because it sounds so insane so let's hear from him:

Our grandmother comes, our grandfather comes, our uncle comes, our aunt comes, our cousin comes, a second cousin comes, our third cousin comes. Then we have kids, a bunch of kids.”
He then went on to shit on American culture and white people listing all the ways "his people" were superior.

You can't make this up. Never could anyone make such statements against any other group of people but its fine because his racism and supremacy is directed against white people. He will keep his jobs at the NY Times and Daily Beast. No one will say a thing...
