Hopefully the scam called 'Disparate Impact' is finally coming to and end with the help of President Trump.
"The story begins with the Civil Rights Act of 1964, one of America’s foundational antidiscrimination laws. The statute’s original text made no mention of disparate impact and explicitly protected employment tests—as long as they were professionally developed and not “designed, intended, or used” to discriminate based on illegitimate criteria such as race."
"However, in a series of decisions beginning with 1971’s Griggs v. Duke Power, the Supreme Court ruled that professionally developed tests (and other selection mechanisms) could still be considered illegal discrimination, even without any intent to discriminate. Congress later codified this interpretation in the 1991 Civil Rights Act, explicitly authorizing the courts to apply the disparate-impact framework."
Following that Act, any test or requirement that negatively affected one race more than others would be deemed 'racist' by definition and would have to be changed. This is how the banking industry was deemed 'racist' because by treating all races equally by looking at relevant measures such as credit score and income, more black people were excluded than white people. The qualifications were not racist but it didn't matter. Banks had to 'remedy' the 'racism' by lowering the standards for black people to up the numbers. The collateral damage that resulted (black families going bankrupt, banks going under) did not matter to the race hustlers.
Disparate impact effected many other areas than banking. Tests to become firefighters were called 'racist' because not enough black people were meeting the minimum requirements in some areas. The tests were not racist; they tested for important job relevant things like calculating how many hoses were needed to cover a distance. SAT tests were called 'racist' for the same reason. Many colleges were forced start ignoring or downplaying SAT scores so as not to run afoul of disparate impact claims.
Everyone started implementing illegal racial quotas as the only way to fight off disparate impact claims: "It’s hard for a department to avoid lawsuits and liability proactively, given the subjectivity involved both within the executive branch and in the courts. 'The only way they are going to avoid trouble with a liberal Justice Department is if they ensure that at the end of the year, when you break down their hiring, it fits the racial quotas that the Justice Department thinks you ought to have.'"
Physical tests have a disparate impact on women which put fire stations and other jobs between a rock and a hard place. They must ensure that their people are physically able to do the job for the safety of everyone involved, but they also must make sure their hiring has no disparate impact. This entire charade needs to come to an end and its hopefully moving in that direction...

The BBC spliced sentence fragments that were 54 minutes aparet of the Jan 6 2021 rally to make it look like Trump was calling for an insurrection.
What Trump said: "We’re gonna walk down, and I’ll be there with you, we’re gonna walk down, we’re gonna walk down any one you want but I think right here, we’re gonna walk down to the Capitol and we’re gonna cheer on our brave senators and congressmen and women... I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard.”
The BBC doctored the footage by splicing in something he said much later: "We’re gonna walk down, and I’ll be there with you, and we fight. We fight like hell."

Obama declared that they weren’t a big threat. He called ISIS the “JV team.” Then, just six months later, ISIS took over huge swaths of Syria and Iraq and said they were going to start a new caliphate. And it wasn’t until Donald Trump took office and dramatically intensified the Pentagon’s attacks on ISIS in 2017 that they were finally defeated in both Iraq and Syria."

Democrats and the #FakeNews just cannot stop LYING. @Newsweek runs an article titled 'Memorial to Black US soldiers who died in WW2 quietly removed.' As always, it turns out to be a totally fake, bogus story designed to show the world is systemically 'racist' against 'oppressed' black people.
The panels about the black soldiers were never removed. They were just in the display rotation as they have always been. "The ABMC told Newsweek in a statement that the visitors' center at Margraten had 15 magnetic panels "designed to be removed and rotated throughout the life of the exhibit to highlight as many individual stories as possible."
"In fact, the proportion of panels featuring black soldiers to white soldiers is vastly higher than that featuring white soldiers. Almost 10,000 soldiers are honored at the cemetery, of whom 174 are black. Four out of 15 of the panels feature black soldiers." As usual, the truth is the opposite of what the #FakeNews makes it out to be. Why do they lie all the time about these things? Why do they want to divide us and make everyone hate each other?

One email said Trump spent hours with one of the victims. The Democrats redacted her name deliberately to deceive. To imply that Trump was victimizing this person. But it was Virginia Giuffre who is on record as saying that she never saw Trump do anything inappropriate. In a 2016 deposition, Giuffre said Trump “didn’t partake in any sex with us [and] never flirted with me.”

Which is exactly what Trump has always said. Trump kicked Epstein out of his club for being a “creep” and poaching his staff. He told Epstein to stop poaching the staff and when he did it again, Trump kicked him out of Mar-a-Lago.
The Democrats tried to make hay out of Epstein's comment, "that dog that hasn’t barked is trump." But it doesn't mean what they think it means. He simply meant that there is no law enforcement chatter or activity involving Trump. Regardless of what Epstein meant or could have meant, there is still no evidence that Trump was ever involved with any of Epstein's illegal activities.

House Democrats release a picture allegedly from the 'Epstein Files' where they attempt to claim that Trump is posing with a bunch of Epstein victims. The faces of the women are ominously redacted to sell this lie. Many Democrats, including Gov. Newsome push this lie. Many many #FakeNews outlets enable their lies as usual. One example: Ana Cabrera, the 'legal reporter' at the #FakeNews @MSNOWNews said the redaction meant they "were minors or survivors of Jeffery Epstein."
In reality, they were all adult Hawaiian Tropic models at a Mar a Lago event. Trump took this public photo with them. Nothing to do with Epstein. One model was asked about it: "I was 22 years old and remember him being very nice. He was very gentlemanly."
You literally cannot hate the Democrats and the #FakeNews enough. How can either of them have any credibility left after being caught in SO MANY LIES? All they do is lie. They have lit their reputations on fire in failed attempt after failed attempt to "get Trump!"

The attack lasted 15 full minutes as the shooters had no fear that anyone in the crowd would have a gun to stop them. Australia ensured that its population is sitting ducks in a situation like this.

If the Democrats really had any evidence, we would have seen it long ago. Starting with the fake Plamegate in 2003, they move from one hoax to the next, never having any real evidence of crimes, but using the complicity of the #FakeNews, they can create the illusion of criminality and corruption in the new cycle, sometimes for years, leaving many ignorant voters and low information voters with the impression that there must be something to these cases. There never is.

This post from Tahmineh Dehbozorgi explains why: The Western liberal media is ignoring the Iranian uprising because explaining it would force an admission it is desperate to avoid: the Iranian people are rebelling against Islam itself, and that fact shatters the moral framework through which these institutions understand the world. Ideally, to cover an uprising is not just to show crowds and slogans. It requires answering a basic question: why are people risking death? In Iran, the answer is simple and unavoidable. The people are rising up because the Islamic Republic of Iran has spent decades suffocating every aspect of life—speech, work, family, art, women, and economic survival—under a clerical system that treats liberty as a crime. There is no way to tell that story without confronting the nature of the regime. Western media refuses to do so because it has fundamentally misunderstood Islam. Or worse, it has chosen not to understand it. Islam, in Western progressive discourse, has been racialized. It is treated not as a belief system or a political ideology, but as a stand-in for race or ethnicity. Criticizing Islam is framed as an attack on “brown people,” Arabs, or “the Middle East,” as if Islam were a skin color rather than a doctrine. This confusion is rooted in historical illiteracy. Western liberal media routinely collapses entire civilizations into a single stereotype: “all Middle Easterners are Arabs,” “all Arabs are Muslim,” and “all Muslims are a monolithic, oppressed identity group by white European colonizers.” Iranians disappear entirely in this framework. Their language, history, and culture—Persian, not Arab; ancient, not colonial; distinct, not interchangeable—are erased. By treating Islam as a racial identity rather than an ideology, Western media strips millions of people of their ability to reject it. Iranian protesters become unintelligible. Their rebellion cannot be processed without breaking the rule that Islam must not be criticized. So instead of listening to Iranians, the media speaks over them—or ignores them entirely. There is another reason the Iranian uprising is so threatening to Western media is economic issues. As you know, Iran is not only a religious dictatorship. It is a centrally controlled, state-dominated economy where markets are strangled, private enterprise is criminalized or co-opted, and economic survival depends on proximity to political power. Decades of price controls, subsidies, nationalization, and bureaucratic micromanagement have obliterated the middle class and entrenched corruption as the only functional system. The result is not equality or justice. It is poverty, stagnation, and dependence on government’s dark void of empty promises. Covering Iran honestly would require acknowledging that these policies are harmful. They have been tried. They have failed. Catastrophically. This is deeply inconvenient for Western media institutions that routinely promote expansive state control, centralized economic planning, and technocratic governance as morally enlightened alternatives to liberal capitalism. Iran demonstrates where such systems lead when insulated from accountability and enforced by ideology. It shows that when the state controls livelihoods, non-conformity becomes existentially dangerous. That lesson cannot be acknowledged without undermining the moral authority of those who advocate similar ideas in softer language. Western liberal media prefers not to hear this. Acknowledging it would require abandoning the lazy moral categories that dominate modern discourse: oppressor and oppressed, colonizer and colonized, white and non-white. Iranian protesters do not fit. They show that authoritarianism is not a Western invention imposed from outside, but something many societies are actively trying to escape. That is what terrifies Western liberal media. And that is why the Iranian people are being ignored. So the silence continues.

Jan 10, 2026 ~ 'The Minneapolis Shooting: The Facts'
Renee Nicole Good and her wife were part of a group called "ICE Watch" that tracks and disrupts ICE from doing their job. They are trained to block vehicles and interfere with agents. Good was blocking a road with her car to prevent ICE vehicles from passing. An agent got out and ordered her to get out of her car. Another ICE agent, Jonathan Ross, approached her car from the front.
When the first agent ordered her out of her car, her wife, Rebecca Good, who had just been taunting the agents, yelled "DRIVE, BABY, DRIVE!" The car shot forward into Ross with wheels spinning indicating Renee Good floored the gas. Ross' bodycam shows that Good was looking directly at him, so hitting him was no accident. Some initially tried to claim she didn't see him in front of her.
The car struck Ross. A very good angle posted by @Timcast showed that Ross' feet slid back on the ice as the car hit him. This means that the ice (no pun intended) literally saved the ICE agent's life or at the very least, prevented serious injury. Were it not for the ice allowing him to slide when hit, he would have been under the car. As the car was barreling at him, Ross pulled out his gun and shot Good, killing her in lawful self defense.
Democrats, the left and the #FakeNews launched into their usual lies about ICE being like Nazi's, killing people "for protesting." Good didn't deserve to be shot they claimed. For a day or so, they denied that she hit Ross with the car until various video angles made it impossible to deny. They claimed she was turning the wheels away from him which may be true at some point in the split second encounter, but Ross could not see the wheels. He only saw the car coming at him and felt it hitting him.
This was an avoidable tragedy. The right did not celebrate her death. The right simply correctly observed that this was a tragedy of her and her wife's own making. She blocked traffic, disrupted a federal law enforcement operation, disobeyed lawful orders, attempted to flee an arrest and assaulted an officer with a deadly weapon (4000+ pound car). All of those are crimes - the last of which got her shot. Ross' wife Rebecca correctly said, "This is my fault," after the shooting.
Some further context. Ross had been previously seriously injured trying to apprehend illegal immigrant Roberto Carlos Munoz. Ross attempted to use less than lethal force (a taser). But his arm got caught in the car and Munoz dragged over 100 yards. His arm needed 33 stitches. Other ICE officers have been killed by vehicles. There have been 66 vehicle attacks on ICE agents in the past year. Ross knew all this when he drew, but Democrats do not or do not care.
UPDATE: CBS News Reports, "The ICE agent who fatally shot Renee Good on Jan. 7 in Minneapolis, Jonathan Ross, suffered internal bleeding to the torso following the incident, according to two U.S. officials briefed on his medical condition." Many Democrats and some members of the #FakeNews are still trying to claim he was never hit. Here is why they’re lying. They can’t admit he was hit because if they admit he was hit then they would have to admit that the car was driving at him. And if that’s true, he had a reason to shoot her. Their whole narrative depends on the lie that she was driving away from him.

“It was my Great Honor to meet María Corina Machado, of Venezuela, today. She is a wonderful woman who has been through so much,” said Trump. “María presented me with her Nobel Peace Prize for the work I have done. Such a wonderful gesture of mutual respect. Thank you María!”

Yes, one agent disarmed him but it was clear that none of the other officers knew that. They heard "GUN" just when Pretti (who instead of complying reached for something in his waistband). Why did he reach in his waistband? Its possible that even HE didn't know his gun had been removed. Very good angles. Disprove all the narratives that this was anyone's fault but Pretti's.

EPA had attached endangerment tailpipe emission standards to impossible-to-meet 50.4 mpg fuel economy requirements – effectively banning internal combustion engines and forcing people to buy electric models. Now, motorists can buy the cars and light trucks they choose."
"The Clean Air Act (CAA) does not include life-giving carbon dioxide as a pollutant. It provides no legislative language or other authorization for EPA to unilaterally declare that CO2 is a pollutant that would somehow 'endanger public health or welfare' by causing or contributing to climate disruptions."
"Any actual endangerment to our health and welfare does not arise from using fossil fuels, and possibly adding a smidgeon to adverse (or beneficial) climate and weather changes.
