Here's the latest fake hate crime that racial ambulance chaser Ben Crump and #BLM are pushing. Student De’Martravion “Trey” Reed was found hanging from a tree at Delta State. Many on X and other social media were claiming it was 'a lynching' by 'white supremacists.' The coroner ruled it a suicide. Colin Kaepernick, who has had his share of false accusations of racism, will pay for a second independent autopsy.
The problems for the people pushing the 'lyinching' theory are many. The coroner is black. The Chief of police is black. 1 of 2 investigators are black. 4 of 5 county supervisors are black. And now we learn there is a video of Reed committing suicide.

First they just celebrated. Then they tried to pin it on the right. "The revelation of the identity of the alleged shooter and the reports about his beliefs were arguably the worst possible scenario for the sorts of loud Democratic types who are deeply invested in the idea of the MAGA right as America’s true fever-swamp of hatred and violence."
The amount of high profile democrats lying about Robinson being right wing is crazy. Sleezy Congressman Eric Swalwell, Harvard's Lawrence Tribe, fake historian, political propagandist Heather Cox Richardson: "The alleged shooter was not someone on the left. The alleged killer, Tyler Robinson, is a young white man from a Republican, gun enthusiast family, who appears to have embraced the far right, disliking Kirk for being insufficiently radical," Richardson falsely claimed. Her lies, though central to her entire piece, are always stated so matter of factly.
Jimmy Kimmel also pushed the lie that Kirk's assassin was "MAGA." As if that makes the slightest bit of sense. Kirk was a MAGA leader. When many ABC affiliates were going to stop airing Kimmel's show, ABC suspended him. Democrats and leftists cried fowl. They partly have a point because FCC Chairman Brendan Carr shot his mouth off before the suspension muddying the water of why Kimmel was suspended. In truth, Kimmel's ratings are way down due to his constant lying and lecturing instead of entertaining. And the affiliate stations were going to drop him over outrage from their viewers.

FCC Chairman Brendan Carr said after Jimmy Kimmel’s Charlie Kirk comments, “We can do this the easy way or the hard way.” This was dangerous overstep and really muddies the waters for why Kimmel was suspended. This article makes a good case that the entire FCC should be abolished.
"The FCC shouldn’t have this power because it shouldn’t exist. The government’s role in broadcast frequencies need not extend further than defining and protecting property rights, which can be done through ordinary courts and law enforcement. If one station owns a frequency, others shouldn’t be able to broadcast on it, for the same reason that the station’s headquarters building shouldn’t be able to be overrun by trespassers. The country doesn’t need a Federal Headquarters Buildings Commission, with political commissioners looking to flex their partisan muscles, to make sure that doesn’t happen."
"The FCC exerts power over broadcasters by threatening to revoke their licenses. These licenses exist based on the legal fiction that the federal government owns the airwaves because broadcast frequencies are scarce. This scarcity logic does not apply to other scarce resources (i.e., nearly all resources), and there’s no reason for it to apply to broadcast frequencies. And while it was true in 1934 when the FCC was founded that broadcast frequencies were scarce, modern technology such as cable TV, satellite radio, and online streaming now means that broadcasting is effectively unlimited — and the FCC doesn’t regulate those newer technologies, where free speech reigns."

Democrats are complaining about Kimmel being taken off the air for peddling false information about the Charlie Kirk assassination. "Of course, they’re screaming about free speech and First Amendment rights, two things they know very little about, given their penchant for social media bans against those they don’t like. We have the tapes. We have the tweets."
Rosanne Barr has had the most fun with this because they were all cheering her cancellation including Kimmel when she made a comment about Valarie Jarrett. This threat make so many people look ridiculous cheering Barr's cancellation but calling this free speech fascism. They were also on board with Tucker's removal. People who were cheering people getting cancelled for saying "All lives matter." People supporting cancelling Megyn Kelly who made a comment about Halloween costumes. All these fools claim its tyranny to remove Kimmel.
