Hecox challenged Idaho’s ban only under the 14th Amendment."
The three liberal judges were against females having their own sports but thanks to Trump we have a court that protects women and girls. This fool cannot be kicked to the curb soon enough. For one thing, there were no black jurors because of the things they said during selection. Then its highly insulting to the non-black jurors to strongly imply that their decision was somehow racially motivated and not 'justice'. Anthony was clearly guilty. The correct decision was reached.

Aug 30, 2026 ~ The #FakeNews @Reuters posted: "The US Education Department has issued guidance urging schools to stop what it calls ‘racial balancing’ in student discipline policies, prompting concerns that the Trump administration is making it harder to address longstanding racial disparities in school discipline."
@cabot_phillips corrected the record: "Most people don't know this, but in 2014 the Obama administration threatened schools that suspended more black kids than white kids. If your school suspended black kids at a higher rate than other races, you faced a Civil Rights investigation. Because after all, the only explanation for black kids getting suspended at a higher rate than white kids is *racism*. So what did most schools do? They simply stopped punishing black kids. Countless students who should have been suspended or expelled were given slaps on the wrist and left free to continue starting fights, disrupting classrooms, and dragging down those around them. All because they were afraid of being labeled racist. Now Trump tells schools to stop varying punishment based on race (AKA actual discrimination) and he's smeared as a racist."
Aug 31, 2026 ~ 'Nepal floods: Satellite images reveal massive bedrock collapse beneath glacier'
A tragic glacier collapse in Nepal has killed thousands. The death toll is still uncertain but 1000 are confirmed dead and 4000 are missing. The cause of this tragedy was immediately attributed to 'climate change' which supposedly melted the glacier enough to cause it to break off and roll over the towns below. Its almost misleading to even call this a flood. It was a massive rock/ice slide that did push a lot of river water through the towns along with the rock and ice.
We now know that the real cause was a "massive bedrock collapse BENEATH the glacier." This means the glacier was simply a passenger and not the cause of the collapse. “There was a big bedrock failure that took part of the glacier with it,” Shugar, an associate professor at the University of Calgary, said. These kind of bedrock failures occur occasionally in these kinds of mountains but also, this mountain experienced a major earthquake in 2015 which may have further destabilized the bedrock. Glacier melt never made sense as the temperature has been below 0 for some time in that area.
Its nearly impossible to find this explanation in the #FakeNews because they have to push the false 'climate change' narrative. If any even mention it they say its a combination bedrock/glacier collapse. But its obvious that if the bedrock underneath collapses, the glacier is just a passenger along for the ride down.

Millions of tons of rock, ice, mud, and water thundered down a Himalayan valley, wiping out roads, bridges, hydropower facilities, and entire communities. Hundreds are dead or missing. The destruction is almost beyond comprehension."
"Before rescue operations were fully underway, however, major news organizations rushed to declare climate change the culprit. The New York Times was among the first to blame climate change; others included the Associated Press and NPR. While acknowledging that scientists were still investigating the exact cause of the catastrophe, the Times nevertheless framed the event as another consequence of global warming, aka climate change. That conclusion is premature and false."
"Initial scientific investigations indicate that the disaster began when an enormous section of bedrock beneath a glacier collapsed, destabilizing the overlying ice and triggering a massive rock-ice avalanche. The resulting torrent of debris, water, and pulverized rock surged through the valley below." In other words, the bedrock itself gave way which happens in these kinds of mountains and especially this one which had a major earthquake in 2015. The flood had nothing to do with the glacier and nothing to do with climate change. And YET, every single article in the #FakeNews blames climate change. There is literally zero honesty around this issue in the media.

The other death was an infant that did not die "from" measles and was too young for the vaccine anyway.

They are lying about deaths to try to score political points against the Trump administration. "Even Kennedy critics concede that the issue is being politicized to the detriment of public health. Florida Democrat Senate candidate Angie Nixon claims that Republicans are trying to kill black people: "Work across the aisle with the Republicans? They're not trying to work across the aisle. They're literally trying to kill us!"
House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.) smears Trump and Republicans: "Black political representation is under assault with Jim Crow-like tactics all throughout the South ... wickedness in high places."

Sep 12, 2026 ~ The Smithsonian is still woke - pushing false racial narratives. They display a poster featuring Breonna Taylor, George Floyd, Tamir Rice, Amhaud Arbery and Sandra Bland. All of the narratives pushed in these cases were false. We're supposed to believe they were killed by 'racist' police who are out to kill black people but that is true in none of those cases. Taylor died in the crossfire, standing next to her boyfriend who was shooting at the police. Floyd resisted arrest for a long time and ingested fentanyl and methamphetamine to avoid detection during arrest. He had a lethal amount in his body and was already in the squad car when he was claiming he couldn't breath. That is why they took him out and laid him down. Rice was a tragic incident where a kid had a toy gun that looked real and the cops made an unfortunate split second decision. Multiple examples, recent to the Tamir Rice case can be found where the same thing happened but the child was white. Bland was not killed by the police. She was uncooperative during a traffic stop and got taken to jail where she killed herself overnight. The woke left and the #FakeNews continue to push dozens of false #BLM narratives.

Democrats will never quit playing the race card even though its a lie every time they do it. First, liar Ayanna Pressley posts "Black folks are being found hanged in America. This is a national crisis and we CANNOT stand by while strange fruit hangs from trees across the country. We're demanding a federal investigation NOW so we can stop modern-day lynchings."
@AOC follows up with, "This year, there have already been 10 reported hangings of Black people in the U.S. I’m proud to have signed onto @RepPressley‘s letter to address these widespread modern-day lynchings and put a stop to this racial terror."
In reality, the police have ruled almost all of these suicides. The suspect in the one homicide investigation is black. There is no lie too big for these people if they can use it to divide us.
30 other Democrats signed on to this ridiculous thing. These people never, ever tell the truth when it comes to race because the truth does not help them politically. Dividing us and creating hatred and division in the country benefits Democrats who pretend they are the saviors of the black people being 'lynched' and otherwise being systemically 'oppressed.'
Sep 13, 2026 ~ 'Round Rock Engineer Stabbed to Death on Park Bench as Williamson County Deputies Arrest Repeat Offender in Deadly Labor Day Attack'
"ROUND ROCK, TX — A 62-year-old Austin engineer was killed in a daylight stabbing on a park bench in Round Rock, and Williamson County deputies say they have arrested a 26-year-old suspect with a recent history of theft-related arrests. Authorities identified the victim as Andrew James Wimsatt, who was attacked on Sept. 7, just minutes after sitting down in the park following a visit to his mother at a nearby nursing home. Deputies say the killing was captured on surveillance video and appears to have been random. The suspect, Benedict Chinedu Ogbodiegwu, has been charged with murder and theft."
Ogbodiegwu snuck up behind Wimsatt and stabbed him several times. Video seems to indicate that Ogbodiegwu tried to behead Wimsatt after the initial stabs: "The affidavit notes that after Wimsatt fell to the ground, Ogbodiegwu placed his knee on the victim's chest and began sawing the knife across the victim's neck before fleeing the area."
Once again, we have a horrific crime which if the races were reversed would be a huge national story but in this case, none of the major #FakeNews organizations even bother to cover it. Just imagine if a white man snuck up on an older black man on a park bench and killed him with a knife. This is similar to what happened to Iryna Zarutska who was similarly stabbed from behind while she was sitting there minding her own business where the black killer bragged, "I got that white girl." And in both cases and as usual, the perpetrator had a list of previous arrests but is always let back out on the streets.
