Before the fire, the fire chief told the mayor they were severely understaffed and underfunded. No money for firefighting but CA spends billions of DEI initiatives and climate change. Democrats have a long history of these kinds of ridiculous claims which is why (like their false accusations of racism) they have lost their power. Everyone from Bush to Romney to Trump has been called Hitler. Republicans have been called 'fascists' and 'nazis' for decades.
A few of many examples: Democrats claimed that a GOP rally was 'a Nazi rally' because the rally was held at Madison Square Garden (where Democrats have held many rallies). They claimed that a CPAC stage was in the shape of a 'Nazi symbol.' They claimed the Covington kids were throwing Nazi symbols in the middle of a basketball game (it was a 3-point sign). They said Zina Bash was flashing 'white power' signs behind Kavanaugh in his Senate hearing. They claimed Mike Lindell was sending Nazi messages by pricing his MyPillow at $14.88. They said Trump flying flags at half mast until Aug. 8 was a Nazi message because 88 means "Heil Hitler."
These ridiculous claims are plausible to Democrats because they *see* Nazis everywhere. Its all BS but at this point it seems hopeless to try to deprogram them out of the hate cult they are in.

The only test that was deemed acceptable (non-racist) was a questionnaire where the applicants rated their own abilities across various criteria. There could be no test of their claims. Every such test was found to have 'disparate impact.'
The Trump administration is looking to put an end to this charade as was done in college admissions.

"Besides being an agency invention ungrounded in the statute, disparate impact liability stands antidiscrimination law on its head. A law intended by Congress to ban intentional discrimination ends up being interpreted to require intentional discrimination — which is sometimes the only sure, swift way to make unequal outcomes disappear."
May 3, 2025 ~ 'Trump Eliminates Another Vestige of Racial Discrimination— the Fraud of Disparate Impact'
"The Executive Order titled 'Restoring Equality of Opportunity and Meritocracy' eliminates the toxic doctrine of "disparate impact," which has bludgeoned both business and higher education for decades.
The key passage of the order is here:
'Disparate-impact liability is wholly inconsistent with the Constitution and threatens the commitment to merit and equality of opportunity that forms the foundation of the American Dream. Under my Administration, citizens will be treated equally before the law and as individuals, not consigned to a certain fate based on their immutable characteristics.'
The contrived legal gymnastics of "disparate impact" declares that if a race-neutral or sex-neutral policy yields an aggregate result that is deficient in some way in proportionality from what political policy preferences say should be the result, then that policy can be judged illegal racial discrimination.
Essentially, it permits an individual person to argue that he's been "harmed" by racial discrimination if a group to which he belongs doesn't demonstrate the desired proportional representation in a college or business, for example, and can sue them when they are innocent of wrongdoing. In effect, it compels the colleges to pursue racial discrimination to achieve the proper engineered mix to prevent legal action.
Under the regime of "disparate impact," individual persons are evaluated not by their actual performance according to race-blind or gender-blind policies, but by what the social engineers declare the reality ought to be. If the outcome does not match the policy prescription of the social engineers, then voila, we have illegal racial discrimination at the individual level. No other explanation is valid or even possible.
A failed individual can point to aggregations of data to "explain" their suboptimal individual outcome, for which they assume no responsibility and for which no individual responsibility is required. It's the result of "racism" somewhere along the line. Even when none is found.
This assignment of racial discrimination where it doesn't exist actually motivates institutions to engage in illegal racial discrimination to avoid lawsuits from persons who have suffered no actual harm.
This perverse incentive has now ended."

Ryan emerged from the stolen vehicle brandishing a gun. He initially dropped the gun, but then picked it up at which point the police had to shoot him. In the telling of #BLM and other leftists, Ryan Hinton is a victim of racism and Rodney Hinton is a hero just like Karmelo Anthony and Luigi Mangione. "Three cold-blooded killers in the span of a few months have found large cheering sections on social media." These are the kids of people Democrats and the left celebrate - violent criminals.

May 26, 2025 ~ 'Race Fatigue in the United States' Americans are finally getting fed up with the divisive lies of the Democratic Party. Rep. Summer Lee (D-PA) recently claimed, “White supremacy is rampant in this country, just look at the current administration…they have contributed to racial terrorism.”
Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) ridiculously said, "We right now have a white supremacist sitting in the White House. He is backed by other white supremacists. If you really want to know who are the criminals are in this country, you can google it. The people that commit 80 percent of the most violent crimes in this country are white supremacists, yet for whatever reason, they sit and serve at the pleasure of the president."
People are getting very sick of these racist lies. The truth is that "per FBI data, in 2023, blacks, who make up 12% of the population, committed 46% of all violent crimes."
"Both blacks and whites have much in common, and race relations are an ongoing challenge in any multi-racial society, but the black political and cultural leadership must stop its vile racist rhetoric, aimed at manipulating the black population into reveling in threats, violence, and intimidation against their fellow citizens. Race fatigue is beginning to take hold of the country."
Jun 1, 2025 ~ 'The WNBA Just Had Their Jussie Smollett Moment'
WNBA Chicago Sky player Angel Reese accused Indiana Fever fans of racism. She said "monkey noises" were directed at her during their game. The WNBA investigated and concluded the allegations were unsubstantiated. "Based on information gathered to date, including from relevant fans, team and arena staff, as well as audio and video review of the game, we have not substantiated it." This hoax is very similar to when Duke Volleyball player Rachel Richardson accused BYU fans of yelling the n-word at her throughout the game but a similar investigation revealed that never happened.
Jun 8, 2025 ~ 'The Knives Are Out for KJP' If any Republican dared to mention the obvious, that Karine Jean-Pierre was unqualified and hired only because she was black and gay (a typical DEI hire), false claims of 'racism' and 'sexism' immediately followed. But the second KJP says she's an independent rather than a democrat, democrats confirm that it was all true and worse. All of a sudden, they admit "she was kinda dumb" and "incoherent." She "was one of the most ineffectual and unprepared people I've ever worked with…She didn't know how to manage a team, didn't know how to shape or deliver a message, and often created more problems than she solved.” And on and on. Recall how easily they lied and called you racist for saying exactly what they are admitting now. Never believe a word Democrats say because they're always lying.
