Carroll's story has never been believable. She didn't know the year which kept moving around because her claim of wearing a certain dress didn't work with any of the years she threw out. The story matched the exact plot of a Law and Order episode. She originally described the incident as "flirty banter" then changed it to rape when she had a book to promote 30 years after the alleged incident. Now we find out she lied about being funded by the Democratic smear machinery. The whole thing was funded by "Democrat mega-donor Reid Hoffman, who declared that he would spend as much as it takes to defeat Trump." Carroll claims to have forgotten about that little detail which is about as plausible as the rest of her claims.

Lindsey Graham died unexpectedly at 71. He was a great senator with a great career but one of his finest moments was when he stood up to the Kavanaugh liars.
"At no point, even today, could any of Kavanaugh’s accusers place him in a room with his accuser, Christine Blasey Ford, much less establish the claim that he had participated in “gang rape.” Nevertheless, his guilt was assumed. Even Kavanaugh’s efforts to defend himself against what he claimed were false allegations were held up as further evidence of his guilt." Many Democrats and the #FakeNews kept talking about "angry white male rage" because people were angry about false rape allegations. Its amazing looking back how many assholes used this talking point to try to stop Kavanaugh from defending himself. This article lists many.
Graham stood up to the bullies. "Lindsey Graham won that fight, as he won so many others throughout his career in public life. The Senate will be an emptier place without him."
