"The light sentence is more than a moral outrage; it’s dangerous." Because of the Roe v. Wade decision Nicholas Roske decided to try to assassinate Justice Brett Kavanaugh. One would think trying to assassinate Supreme Court Justices would receive a very harsh sentence to send a message that this will not be tolerated.
But no, Biden-appointed Judge Deborah L. Boardman sentenced him to a mere 8 years in part because Roske has recently decided to identify as a woman. "The judge also said that a lower sentence was warranted because of an executive order issued by President Trump mandating that transgender women be held at male-only federal facilities, which she said could interfere with her continuing to receive gender transition care."
Even by Democrat Party standards, this sentence defies belief. It sends 2 messages 1) identify as a woman and get a much lighter sentence. 2) "This verdict is a recipe for judicial assassinations."

Same with USAID. Some tiny fraction went to helping people abroad, but upwards of 90% went to beltway bandits, censorship organizations, phony "independent media," and scam NGOs that did things like import illegal aliens to cross the border."
