He appealed and lost and was fined another 600 Francs. He refuses to pay fines for speaking the truth (even if wrong, opinions should not be illegal) so he will do jail time. Antifa, the left wing terrorist organization that Democrats claim doesn't exist cause trouble at TPUSA event at Berkeley. They shouted things like “Fuck your dead homie” while calling attendees Nazis and fascists. Of course there was violence. TPUSA attendees needed to be surrounded by campus police. No one should have to live like this to have a free speech event. Then they rushed barricades, set off smoke bombs and fireworks, threw bottles, screamed "Fuck you fascists", blocked entrances and exits all designed to intimidate attendees. As they were in 2020, Antifa members are the scum of the Earth. Violent scum.

One of the latest #FakeNews stories Democrats are pushing (there are many as they are busy faking Trump/Epstein pictures and letters) is that Bari Weiss spiked a 60 Minutes report on the Trump Administration deporting illegals to an El Salvador prison because she is kissing up to the Trump Administration. But she only delayed it because she recognized how imbalanced it was (which was par for the course before she showed up).
She recognized that the 'journalists' never bothered to get the Trump Administration's side of the story (kind of basic). She insists that that do that. Also, "Weiss criticized one of the angles of the '60 Minutes' segment, arguing that it focuses too much on the illegal immigrants sent to CECOT who do not have criminal histories and not enough on the violent criminals who have been removed from America." She pointed out that they were misleading people by reporting how many were 'sentenced' for crimes but not revealing how many were 'charged.'
Finally, she noted that CBS did not acknowledge both sides of a debate on the legality, but rather presented the anti-Trump side as fact. Weiss concluded by telling the staff that CBS News should better explain “the legal rationale by which the administration detained and deported these 252 Venezuelans to CECOT.”
“It’s not as simple as Trump invoking the Alien Enemies Act and being able to deport them immediately. And that isn’t the administration’s argument. The admin has argued in court that detainees are due ‘judicial review’—and we should explain this, with a voice arguing that Trump is exceeding his authority under the relevant statute, and another arguing that he’s operating within the bounds of his authority,” Weiss argued. “There’s a genuine debate here.”
So Weiss is not censoring or spiking a story. She is requesting changes to bring the piece up to better journalistic standards and will run the story when it meets those standards instead of being the kind of one sided hit jobs that the #FakeNews was used to running before she showed up.
