Apr 15, 2024 ~ New things are called 'racist' every day. You really can't keep up. Just know that its always BS. Today, 'influencers' are explaining that the phrase "Good morning" is racist because slave masters would use it to make fun of slaves who cried all night due to a slave being killed or child sold. They were really saying, "Did you have a good mourning?" to make fun of them. The phrase goes back to the 1500s and has nothing to do with slavery. The point is to find some way to bring up slavery or other racism of the distant past (true or not) to never allow us to move past it.
