'A woke new bill erases the terms “mother” and “father” from state child custody and parental laws — a gender-neutral rewriting that’s expected to spark a flood of similarly clunky legislation. “Mother” would be replaced with “gestating parent” while “father” becomes “non-gestating parent” or “parent” in family court along with in domestic and education law, under the legislation, passed this week by state Democrats.'
Democrats will never stop trying to erase women in the name of modern gender ideology. They must be defeated or this shit will never end.

Elle Patterson was promised a scholarship to SJSU but never got it because it instead went to biological male Blaire Fleming. Males are not just being allowed to rob women of wins, spots, championships and records, but also scholarships that they were counting on. This has to stop but Democrats keep it going in the blue states.

"A family in Washington state has filed a lawsuit against multiple government parties, alleging their daughter was sexually assaulted [digital penetration during the match] by a biological male trans athlete during a girls' wrestling match."
"A 15-year-old girl was sexually assaulted because of political cowardice. Washington state officials insist on pushing gender ideology at all costs—even at the expense of girls’ safety and privacy," ADF Senior Counsel Kate Anderson said in a statement to Fox News Digital.
"Our client’s story is proof of the grave harms caused by lying about biology, and this must end—otherwise, girls will continue getting hurt and violated. We are urging the court to require state officials to change their policy to ensure that girls’ privacy and safety are protected when they compete in the sports they love. No girl should have to unknowingly wrestle a boy. And at a minimum, parents must be notified before their daughters are matched against male opponents."
