A court filing from NPS Deputy Director for Operations Frank Lands said U.S. Park Police responded June 9 to damage at the pool after the rehabilitation project was largely finished. The damage included caulk over foam sealant cut with a sharp knife or razor, destruction of delaminating surface material, and about 70 fence post tops thrown into the water. The Department of the Interior also said there had been seven arrests, seven federal citations, and 18 police reports tied to the site. So much for the idea that Trump simply invented vandalism because the pool turned green."

"The Supreme Court this morning, in a pair of 6–3 opinions written by Justice Samuel Alito, gave the Trump administration’s border policies two more big wins. Both pared back humanitarian bases for admitting people into the country. Mullin v. Doe allowed the administration to revoke Temporary Protected Status (TPS) designations granted by the Biden administration — specifically for Haitians and Syrians, but the decision’s logic, which bars judicial review of revocations, would seem to compel the same outcome for Venezuelans. Mullin v. Al Otro Lado allowed immigration officials to prevent people from reaching the border to present asylum claims, because the law allows those claims to be presented by an alien who 'arrives in the United States.'"

Trump put a stop to this abuse of our system. It was supposed to provide assistance during a "temporary" situation.
Regarding: Mullin v. Doe: "The case involves the long-running Trump effort to stem the flow of pretextual asylum claims. The standard for asylum is a demanding one, but progressives have taken a flood-the-system approach: Get people into the country, file requests for asylum, insist that the claimants get to stay in the country while their cases are being heard, profit from the backlog this creates to allow people years to set down roots here and have citizen children, and only then maybe show up for the hearing instead of just vanishing into the country, after which an appeal can be filed to drag things out. The fraudulence of this strategy becomes apparent once one considers that courts reject upwards of 98 percent of all contested asylum claims. Any federal appeals judge or clerk can tell you how mind-numbing it is to plow through vast piles of meritless appeals."
Trump had 2 prong approach to stop this abuse: 1) the Remain in Mexico policy. "The second prong, which admittedly is adopted with the clear intention of preventing asylum claims from being filed in the first place, is to interdict people before they reach the border and make a claim at a port of entry."
This is what Trmp won on here. People will now have to apply the right way, not show up at the border and claim asylum.

Huge victory for women and girls and for reality, saftey and fairness. "The Supreme Court this morning ruled that neither the 14th Amendment nor Title IX requires states to let boys into girls’ sports even if the male athletes identify as female. The issue came to the Court in two cases: West Virginia v. B.P.J. challenged West Virginia’s ban on boys in girls’ sports under both Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and the equal protection clause of the 14th Amendment, while Little v. Hecox challenged Idaho’s ban only under the 14th Amendment."
The three liberal judges were against females having their own sports but thanks to Trump we have a court that protects women and girls. Democrats and the #FakeNews tried to lie by saying this allows states to ban trans people from playing sports but it does no such thing. They can play under the same rules as everyone else.

The action also eliminates all off-cycle credits, including for the almost universally hated start-stop feature. [snip] In finalizing this rule, EPA carefully considered and reevaluated the legal foundation of the 2009 Endangerment Finding and the text of the Clean Air Act (CAA) in light of subsequent legal developments and court decisions. The agency concludes that Section 202(a) of the CAA does not provide statutory authority for EPA to prescribe motor vehicle and engine emission standards in the manner previously utilized, including for the purpose of addressing global climate change, and therefore has no legal basis for the Endangerment Finding and resulting regulations."
