Ogbodiegwu snuck up behind Wimsatt and stabbed him several times. Video seems to indicate that Ogbodiegwu tried to behead Wimsatt after the initial stabs: "The affidavit notes that after Wimsatt fell to the ground, Ogbodiegwu placed his knee on the victim's chest and began sawing the knife across the victim's neck before fleeing the area."
Once again, we have a horrific crime which if the races were reversed would be a huge national story but in this case, none of the major #FakeNews organizations even bother to cover it. Just imagine if a white man snuck up on an older black man on a park bench and killed him with a knife. This is similar to what happened to Iryna Zarutska who was similarly stabbed from behind while she was sitting there minding her own business where the black killer bragged, "I got that white girl." Amber's recklessness was incredibly dangerous for the community putting many drivers and families at risk. They finally got him pulled over but he then resisted arrest, fighting with the officers instead of complying. They tased him but it did not have effect due to his size and he kept resisting. Fighting officers during arrest is how officers die every year even at the hands of 'unarmed' suspects because the suspects get the officer's gun in the fight. Its happened many times and its literally happened in Austin. Police had to tase him again until he stopped fighting. He did tragically die but it was determined that his pre-existing heart condition was a big factor. The other big factor was his own behavior as he is responsible for the entire incident.
