White employees should "practice self-talk that affirms [their] complicity in racism” and work on “undoing [their] own whiteness.”

She said "All Lives Matter" and pointed out the hypocrisy of how society treats white on black vs black on white vs black on black crime. Her observations were called 'hate speech' and the cowardly president caved to the mob.
