May 3, 2025 ~ 'So it's true: DEI seems to have gotten 67 people killed over the Potomac' We now know that the pilot of the Blackhack helicopter that collided with American flight 5342 made several critical mistakes and disregarded the warnings of her copilot. She was at least 100 feet higher than allowed and out of her permitted airspace. The copilot told her to turn shortly before the crash but she did not. We don't know for sure if DEI initiatives were responsible for this but a common tool of DEI is to apply different standards to the admittance and promotions of different demographics to achieve desired demographic numbers. And since we know DEI initiatives and its methods were heavily in use by the Biden administration, it is natural to question if she attained her position on merit.

"The Executive Order titled 'Restoring Equality of Opportunity and Meritocracy' eliminates the toxic doctrine of "disparate impact," which has bludgeoned both business and higher education for decades.
The key passage of the order is here:
'Disparate-impact liability is wholly inconsistent with the Constitution and threatens the commitment to merit and equality of opportunity that forms the foundation of the American Dream. Under my Administration, citizens will be treated equally before the law and as individuals, not consigned to a certain fate based on their immutable characteristics.'
The contrived legal gymnastics of "disparate impact" declares that if a race-neutral or sex-neutral policy yields an aggregate result that is deficient in some way in proportionality from what political policy preferences say should be the result, then that policy can be judged illegal racial discrimination.
Essentially, it permits an individual person to argue that he's been "harmed" by racial discrimination if a group to which he belongs doesn't demonstrate the desired proportional representation in a college or business, for example, and can sue them when they are innocent of wrongdoing. In effect, it compels the colleges to pursue racial discrimination to achieve the proper engineered mix to prevent legal action.
Under the regime of "disparate impact," individual persons are evaluated not by their actual performance according to race-blind or gender-blind policies, but by what the social engineers declare the reality ought to be. If the outcome does not match the policy prescription of the social engineers, then voila, we have illegal racial discrimination at the individual level. No other explanation is valid or even possible.
A failed individual can point to aggregations of data to "explain" their suboptimal individual outcome, for which they assume no responsibility and for which no individual responsibility is required. It's the result of "racism" somewhere along the line. Even when none is found.
This assignment of racial discrimination where it doesn't exist actually motivates institutions to engage in illegal racial discrimination to avoid lawsuits from persons who have suffered no actual harm.
This perverse incentive has now ended."

This is how Democrats think. Not only do they divide people up into groups, their "full coalition" does not include white people. The full coalition of the Republican party is EVERYONE. They don't have to make a list of who is in and who is out, pitting groups against each other.
Jan 19, 2025 ~ "LA Fires -- One-Party City and State Blames 'Climate Change'" These LA fires are California's worst natural disaster. 24 dead; 12,000 structures destroyed. 300k evacuated. Mayor Karen Bass was in Ghana Africa after saying she should not use taxpayer money to travel out of the country. Being called Nero since there was a severe fire threat when she left. Before the fire, the fire chief told the mayor they were severely understaffed and underfunded. No money for firefighting but CA spends billions of DEI initiatives and climate change. Large portion of fire engines were inoperative. A key reservoir was totally dry and new reservoirs were never built (to allegedly help some useless fish) after decades of knowing they were needed. Many hydrants did not work. The foliage was never managed leading to significantly increased fire threat. Arson was also involved. Bass and Gov. Newsom blame 'climate change' even though these exact conditions have been present recently in CA and throughout its entire history. Other democrats blame 'racism' and 'sexism' for any criticism of Bass and her mishandling of the preparation and situation. All typical blame shifting for democrats but its not going to work this time...

Sorry if you disagree with this extreme racism: "I’m not seeking agreement from white people at all. I don’t prioritize whiteness or white people." He claims "anti-blackness is … the foundation of all white American institutions." His many other views are equally as racist.
