The 'outrage' of the day is a video that was shared from Trump's Truth Social account which was about election fraud in the 2020 election. The end of a video ran into a couple of seconds of a 2nd video (perhaps a clipping error by the sharer) shared by conservative meme creator Xerias back in October which was "an internet meme video depicting President Trump as the King of the Jungle and Democrats as characters from the Lion King".
Everyone said this was proof of how 'racist' Trump is because the meme video depicts Barack and Michelle Obama as monkeys. However, Trump said he didn't even see the end part that showed that. He shared the video because of its election fraud content. "We took it down as soon as we found out about it," Trump said. Also, the fact that in the same video, Joe Biden (a white man) is also depicted as an ape eating a banana, undermines the claim that the animals were chosen for 'racist' reasons.

Research on race and IQ is clear but no one is allowed to discuss it because it will hurt feelings. What is the point they say? Because if you don't allow the real explanation for the differences in demographics of various professions and prison populations, then only false explanations like 'systemic racism' are available. Trying to address the false explanations with DEI quotas results in injecting unqualified people into various roles to address the imbalances assumed to be created by 'racism.' At best, this requires racial discrimination (something we used to think was bad) which is unfair to the more qualified people who are rejected because of their race and at worst its dangerous to deadly for professions where competency is life and death critical. The false explanations also foster racial resentment and hatred on both sides of it. The falsely accused (so called 'oppressors') will justifiably be angry and the accusations and the unfairness of the system rigged to address their non-existent racism. The allegedly 'oppressed' will hate their 'oppressors' which is no doubt a factor in "the staggering amount of black-on-white crime."

It continued to get worse: Ruby Ababio-Fernandez, a designated co-facilitator, who is also a D.O.E. official, proclaimed, “There is white toxicity in the air, and we all breathe it in.” The employees were asked to criticize white culture on a poster board. Chislett had had enough and declined to participate and was shamed criticized as "a horrible person."
When Chislett asked a subordinate, Deonca Renee, why she was late to a meeting that she was supposed to help lead, Renee purportedly answered that Chislett was making a “race-based judgment” and could “not be trusted.” In a meeting the following week, Renee referred to the previous incident and said to Chislett: “How dare you approach me out of your white privilege!”
Chislett just did not want to participate in this extremely toxic DIE training but was told that was not an option: "Chislett described the rules as explaining that 'whites who wanted to withdraw or not participate in order to be safe were demonstrating white fragility, and it was no longer [the] right [of white people] to be safe in the workplace.'"
Chislett was branded a 'racist' and was forced out. She eventually prevailed but major damage has been done. "While the higher court’s decision is a long-awaited vindication, it does not restore to me the longtime career that I loved and was successful in. I knew at the time that what the DOE and its complicit leaders were doing was horribly divisive and unlawful." Mayor Bill de Blasio and his then-Chancellor Richard Carranza’s "anti-white policies were translated by their ignorant leaders into my daily humiliation and ridicule — something that was deeply wounding, and that I will never forget."

Hopefully the scam called 'Disparate Impact' is finally coming to and end with the help of President Trump.
"The story begins with the Civil Rights Act of 1964, one of America’s foundational antidiscrimination laws. The statute’s original text made no mention of disparate impact and explicitly protected employment tests—as long as they were professionally developed and not “designed, intended, or used” to discriminate based on illegitimate criteria such as race."
"However, in a series of decisions beginning with 1971’s Griggs v. Duke Power, the Supreme Court ruled that professionally developed tests (and other selection mechanisms) could still be considered illegal discrimination, even without any intent to discriminate. Congress later codified this interpretation in the 1991 Civil Rights Act, explicitly authorizing the courts to apply the disparate-impact framework."
Following that Act, any test or requirement that negatively affected one race more than others would be deemed 'racist' by definition and would have to be changed. This is how the banking industry was deemed 'racist' because by treating all races equally by looking at relevant measures such as credit score and income, more black people were excluded than white people. The qualifications were not racist but it didn't matter. Banks had to 'remedy' the 'racism' by lowering the standards for black people to up the numbers. The collateral damage that resulted (black families going bankrupt, banks going under) did not matter to the race hustlers.
Disparate impact effected many other areas than banking. Tests to become firefighters were called 'racist' because not enough black people were meeting the minimum requirements in some areas. The tests were not racist; they tested for important job relevant things like calculating how many hoses were needed to cover a distance. SAT tests were called 'racist' for the same reason. Many colleges were forced start ignoring or downplaying SAT scores so as not to run afoul of disparate impact claims.
Everyone started implementing illegal racial quotas as the only way to fight off disparate impact claims: "It’s hard for a department to avoid lawsuits and liability proactively, given the subjectivity involved both within the executive branch and in the courts. 'The only way they are going to avoid trouble with a liberal Justice Department is if they ensure that at the end of the year, when you break down their hiring, it fits the racial quotas that the Justice Department thinks you ought to have.'"
Physical tests have a disparate impact on women which put fire stations and other jobs between a rock and a hard place. They must ensure that their people are physically able to do the job for the safety of everyone involved, but they also must make sure their hiring has no disparate impact. This entire charade needs to come to an end and its hopefully moving in that direction...

We know from the investigation (black police chief and black coroner) and video evidence that Reed killed himself but "despite all the evidence to the contrary, the NAACP posted about Trey Reed and declared on Facebook: A Man Was Lynched Yesterday." The problems for the people pushing the 'lyinching' theory are many. The coroner is black. The Chief of police is black. 1 of 2 investigators are black. 4 of 5 county supervisors are black. And now we learn there is a video of Reed committing suicide.

DeJong filed a lawsuit and the University settled and "changed its policies to ensure all students, regardless of political or religious beliefs, are welcome. And it revised how no-contact orders are used so that they can’t be weaponized to punish simple differences of opinion."

CA ranks high in crime but still behind 8 red states. Republicans have a true answer that it makes no sense to compare at state levels. All the very low crime counties bring down the average and a big state like CA has lots of those compared to smaller states. An accurate picture can be seen by looking at the county level. And when you do that, it becomes very apparent that all of the highest crime counties are blue counties regardless of whether they are in red or blue states. And similarly, almost all of the very low crime counties are red counties.
Morefield points out an underlying truth that the crime rate in any given county is directly proportional to the percentage of black people in the county (again regardless of if the county is in a red or blue 'state'). Republicans are reluctant to point out for fear of falsely being called 'racists' and that is inevitable. False accusations of racism are still heavily used to shut down the exposing of uncomfortable truths. But it is sometimes necessary to tell the truth or the complete wrong conclusions will be drawn from spin like Newsom's.
