"Exhibit A is the case of Henry Nowak in the U.K... A person named Vickrum Digwa, who is 23, was convicted on Thursday in the U.K. of murdering Henry Nowak, an 18-year-old finance student at the University of Southampton, during a confrontation on December 3, 2025. Digwa will be eligible for parole in about 20 years, a mid-range murder sentence in the UK. Officers arriving at the chaotic scene initially treated Nowak as the suspect after Digwa allegedly claimed he had been racially abused and attacked. The police actually handcuffed Nowak, the guy who’d been stabbed. He later collapsed and died at the scene despite attempts to administer first aid. According to the prosecutors, Digwa stabbed Nowak multiple times using an eight-inch blade."

Tribal leaders cited the radar survey as proof that scores of indigenous Canadian children had been buried in unmarked mass graves at the school."
"There were a million reasons to be skeptical of the story when it first appeared, not least of which was the preliminary nature of the findings and the fact that the site in question had not been excavated for human remains. But major corporate media outlets like The New York Times, CNN, NPR, and The Globe and Mail simply repeated the central claim as fact, stating unequivocally that the remains of 215 children had in fact been found at Kamloops. CNN called it a “gruesome discovery.” The Washington Post said the mass graves story had 'dragged the horror of Canada’s mistreatment of Indigenous people back into the spotlight.' The only problem was that it wasn’t true. There were no mass graves, no gruesome discovery, and no conspiracy of bigoted Catholic schoolmasters. That much has been obvious for years, if it wasn’t obvious enough when the story first appeared. Only now, five years later, The Globe and Mail, one of the major media outlets that helped perpetrate the hoax, has published an editorial mea culpa on the entire affair."

The article uses the Democrats' language about the redistricting issue to prove the point. Their lies about Jim Crow. "State Rep. Justin Jones compared Republican lawmakers to the 'children of Jim Crow,' Bull Connor, and George Wallace. He also suggested that a Republican leader had 'taken off the white hood' while keeping the same intentions. State Rep. Justin Pearson called the redistricting push a 'political lynching' and accused President Donald Trump of being 'the biggest white supremacist in the United States of America.'"

Attorney General Todd Blanche says the SPLC is guilty of "manufacturing the extremism it purports to oppose."
"The SPLC was indicted by a grand jury on multiple counts of fraud and conspiracy to commit money laundering over its informant practices, officials announced late Tuesday."
The indictment says the SPLC “secretly funneled more than $3 million in funds to white supremacist & extremist groups.” "It said that money went to groups including Aryan Nations, members of the Ku Klux Klan, and a member of Unite the Right, the group that infamously staged the neo-Nazi march in Charlottesville, Virginia."
Todd Blanche, the acting attorney general, said the indictment shows that while the SPLC claimed to be working towards “dismantling these groups,” in reality it was doing the opposite.
“It was instead manufacturing the extremism it purports to oppose by paying sources to stoke racial hatred,” he added.

The SPLC (Southern Poverty Law Center) has long been a despicable organization. Its beginnings in fighting the KKK half a century ago were noble. But as the country became less and less racist, they faced their own extinction so they began to label many mainstream organizations as "hate groups". Groups such as Moms for Liberty, The Family Research Council, Turning Point USA, Matt Walsh and even the brave feminist Ayaan Hirsi Ali. These false hate labels got these group censored, defunded and even violently attacked.
For those reasons alone, the SPLC was a vile, disgusting organization. But now we know it is much much worse than that. Like a firefighter who sets the fires he fights, the SPLC massively funded and created the very hate groups they pretended to be fighting just so they could continue to have a purpose. They even funded and participated in the famous Charlottesville so called 'Unite the Right' rally that got Trump falsely accused of being a 'white supremacist' via the 'fine people' hoax that has been repeatedly been debunked but Democrats will not let it go. Biden even claimed it was the reason he ran for president.

Why did they do this? To create the need for their own existence but also to make A LOT of money. As the self described fighters of hate, they received millions of dollars from corporate donors. Apple alone donated $2 million after Charlottesville. Chase did also. These were just the tip of the iceberg.
From the indictment: "Between at least 2014 and 2023, the SPLC paid their Fs in a clandestine manner. Doing so hid the fact that while the SPLC received donation money under the auspices that the funds would be used to 'dismantle' violent extremist groups, this donation money was, instead, being used, in part, by the SPLC to pay leaders and others within these same violent extremist groups. That money was then used for the benefit of the individuals as well as the violent extremist groups. … Between 2014 and 2023, the SPLC secretly funneled more than $3 million in SPLC funds to Fs who were associated with various violent extremist groups."
"Yes, according to this indictment, the SPLC paid more than a quarter-million dollars to one person who coordinated the “Unite the Right rally,” and made racist posts under SPLC’s supervision. That’s a small fraction of the $3 million that the SPLC is accused of paying to fund various extremists in other groups. What this means is that, if the DOJ’s indictment is accurate, the SPLC is probably the single greatest funder of “white supremacy” in the entire country. No one else is paying this kind of money to fund white nationalist rallies, which is why the SPLC had to do it themselves."

The Democrats are apocalyptic as always, lying while pretending not to understand the real issue. Everything the Republicans do is "the end of democracy." Unfortunately it works on low information voters who don't understand the facts.
"The Supreme Court recently struck down Louisiana’s congressional map as the product of unconstitutional racial gerrymandering. Under the ruling, race can still be considered when drawing congressional maps to ensure no illegal discrimination is taking place, but race cannot be used as the determinative factor in drawing districts."
Completely reasonable and fair but the Democrats lie about it as always. "Left-wing commentators have, predictably, inverted the logic behind the ruling, insisting that in coming out against racialized gerrymandering, the Court was actually working to enshrine racial discrimination."
“Allowing race to play any part in government decision-making represents a departure from the constitutional rule that applies in almost every other context,” Justice Samuel Alito wrote for the majority. “Compliance with section 2 thus could not justify the state’s use of race-based redistricting here. The state’s attempt to satisfy the Middle District’s ruling, although understandable, was an unconstitutional racial gerrymander.”
Democrats tried out do each other for who could make the most ridiculous and hyperbolic comment about a ruling that affirms the constitution does not permit discrimination on race. "But, of course, the most alarmist tone could be found on MS NOW, which unsurprisingly invited Stacey Abrams on the show to opine about Republicans, in her words, 'trying to legalize the restoration of Jim Crow.'" She went on to spew about 'racism and fascism' and Dred Scott. The Democrats could not be more ridiculous.

Democrats keep insisting that districting based on race is part of the Voting Acts Rights of 1965 but its just not.
Thomas wrote: "This Court should never have interpreted (Section) 2 of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 to effectively give racial groups 'an entitlement to roughly proportional representation.' ... By doing so, the Court led legislatures and courts to 'systematically divid(e) the country into electoral districts along racial lines.' ... 'Blacks (we)re drawn into 'black districts' and given 'black representatives'; Hispanics (we)re drawn into Hispanic districts and given 'Hispanic representatives'; and so on. That interpretation rendered (Section) 2 'repugnant to any nation that strives for the ideal of a color-blind Constitution.' ... Today's decision should largely put an end to this 'disastrous misadventure' in voting-rights jurisprudence."
House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries said, "Instead of protecting the ability for American citizens to freely cast their ballot, Republican extremists have embraced voter suppression and racial gerrymandering to desperately cling to power. The corrupt conservative majority on the Supreme Court appointed by Donald Trump has taken a blowtorch to the Voting Rights Act. Why? The extremists need to cheat to win."

Blow tried to claim that Texas was redistricting because of 'racism' but Isabel Brown wasn't going to let him get away with the usual race card lies. "This is a Republican state trying to create more Republican seats in Congress to represent their state’s majority." She then pointed out that Democratic states do exactly the same thing. “California is doing the exact same thing as a heavily blue state trying to gain more seats for the Democrat Party in Congress to represent California." Many other blue states have done the exact same.

This toxic concept has been doing damage for at least half a century and cannot die soon enough. "Disparate impact rules say any policy or test in which some races or sexes do better than others is illegal discrimination, even if the policy has nothing to do with race or sex."
No disparate impact lawsuits are valid. Companies and governments have just had to live with it. Cost of doing business that is passed on to the consumer. A few examples, "Google settled a racial bias lawsuit for $50 million. Merrill Lynch paid $20 million. Maryland taxpayers will have to pay $3 million to make a racial discrimination suit go away."
Heather Mac Donald says, "It is their greatest weapon against excellence, and it is an abuse of the spirit of our civil rights laws."
"The Maryland State Police wanted to make sure state troopers could read at a very basic level," says Mac Donald. "But because black applicants got lower scores, the test was ruled racist."
"Because women got lower scores on the physical fitness test, the state was also found guilty of sexism. State politicians promised to change their standards and create new tests. Maryland taxpayers still have to pay millions."
"Disparate impact means an institution can be completely colorblind, it can want to have as many different races as possible, but if it has a standard that blacks do poorly on, you got to throw out the standard," says Mac Donald.
"New York taxpayers also paid about $2 billion because lawyers said a test for teachers was racist. Mac Donald says, 'Even though you've spent decades throwing out every question on this exam that has too wide a racial divergence, you still didn't have the same proportion of black applicants passing as white applicants, we're going to throw out the exam. And you, New York taxpayers, are liable for $2 billion!'"
"You already have medical schools that have simply waived the medical college admissions tests for black students because they do so poorly on them. They are bringing blacks into medical schools with qualifications that would be automatically disqualifying if presented by whites or Asians."
Something this sick has to die... "Ban discrimination," says McDonald, "but we do not ban excellence. We do not ban high expectations ... Have a single level of excellence in this society. That is how we're going to move forward."
