Andrew Desbordes (Druski), made himself look like a white redneck and went to a NASCAR event. He acted racist to black people (calling them 'boy' and spitting near them and threatening them: "Go find something safe to do, boy." but could not find anyone who was acting racist or tolerated his racist behavior.

Sep 1, 2025 ~ 'Gavin Newsom Has Republicans on the Ropes on Crime Because They Can't Speak the Truth' Newsom is having fun pointing out that several blue states have higher crime and murder rates than CA. CA ranks high in crime but still behind 8 red states. Republicans have a true answer that it makes no sense to compare at state levels. All the very low crime counties bring down the average and a big state like CA has lots of those compared to smaller states. An accurate picture can be seen by looking at the county level. And when you do that, it becomes very apparent that all of the highest crime counties are blue counties regardless of whether they are in red or blue states. And similarly, almost all of the very low crime counties are red counties.
Morefield points out an underlying truth that the crime rate in any given county is directly proportional to the percentage of black people in the county (again regardless of if the county is in a red or blue 'state'). Republicans are reluctant to point out for fear of falsely being called 'racists' and that is inevitable. False accusations of racism are still heavily used to shut down the exposing of uncomfortable truths. But it is sometimes necessary to tell the truth or the complete wrong conclusions will be drawn from spin like Newsom's.

"Based on information gathered to date, including from relevant fans, team and arena staff, as well as audio and video review of the game, we have not substantiated it." This hoax is very similar to when Duke Volleyball player Rachel Richardson accused BYU fans of yelling the n-word at her throughout the game but a similar investigation revealed that never happened.

Ryan emerged from the stolen vehicle brandishing a gun. He initially dropped the gun, but then picked it up at which point the police had to shoot him. In the telling of #BLM and other leftists, Ryan Hinton is a victim of racism and Rodney Hinton is a hero just like Karmelo Anthony and Luigi Mangione. "Three cold-blooded killers in the span of a few months have found large cheering sections on social media." These are the kids of people Democrats and the left celebrate - violent criminals.

"The Executive Order titled 'Restoring Equality of Opportunity and Meritocracy' eliminates the toxic doctrine of "disparate impact," which has bludgeoned both business and higher education for decades.
The key passage of the order is here:
'Disparate-impact liability is wholly inconsistent with the Constitution and threatens the commitment to merit and equality of opportunity that forms the foundation of the American Dream. Under my Administration, citizens will be treated equally before the law and as individuals, not consigned to a certain fate based on their immutable characteristics.'
The contrived legal gymnastics of "disparate impact" declares that if a race-neutral or sex-neutral policy yields an aggregate result that is deficient in some way in proportionality from what political policy preferences say should be the result, then that policy can be judged illegal racial discrimination.
Essentially, it permits an individual person to argue that he's been "harmed" by racial discrimination if a group to which he belongs doesn't demonstrate the desired proportional representation in a college or business, for example, and can sue them when they are innocent of wrongdoing. In effect, it compels the colleges to pursue racial discrimination to achieve the proper engineered mix to prevent legal action.
Under the regime of "disparate impact," individual persons are evaluated not by their actual performance according to race-blind or gender-blind policies, but by what the social engineers declare the reality ought to be. If the outcome does not match the policy prescription of the social engineers, then voila, we have illegal racial discrimination at the individual level. No other explanation is valid or even possible.
A failed individual can point to aggregations of data to "explain" their suboptimal individual outcome, for which they assume no responsibility and for which no individual responsibility is required. It's the result of "racism" somewhere along the line. Even when none is found.
This assignment of racial discrimination where it doesn't exist actually motivates institutions to engage in illegal racial discrimination to avoid lawsuits from persons who have suffered no actual harm.

The 'disparate impact' interpretation claims that any outcomes that end up with racial percentages that differ from the population must be due to racism. Which is obviously absurd. "Besides being an agency invention ungrounded in the statute, disparate impact liability stands antidiscrimination law on its head. A law intended by Congress to ban intentional discrimination ends up being interpreted to require intentional discrimination — which is sometimes the only sure, swift way to make unequal outcomes disappear."

"I would bet . . . a fair sum of money that there is no more a “mass grave” in Tulsa than there was in Kamloops, B.C. Events can be awful and memorable without being apocalyptic."

Black Allentown, PA school board member LaTarsha Brown planted a noose on her own desk and then called the police to report a 'hate crime.' There have been about a dozen 'hate crimes' involving nooses in the last several years - ALL of them FAKE. This one was no exception. The same fools fell for it though: "Our employees are not safe. The black employees are not safe. It’s everyone." Sure. It was called a "vile sign of anti-Black racism," and calls to action were demanded. The #FakeNews dutifully covered the story. Brown is being charged with tampering with or fabricating physical evidence and making a false police report.

Instead of using identity politics as the organizing principle, the new list treats every heroic soldier as an individual, not as a member of a group. In other words, Colin Powell is not a notable soldier because he is black but because of his achievements. That honors him and the other heroes more, focusing on their achievements, not as representatives of some identity group."

She also mocked Robert Reich who heavily lobbied to abolish the filibuster, "Glad to see you’ve joined the filibuster admiration club!" She's having too much fun with these clowns but they put enormous pressure on her but she and the other sane democrat stopped them. Now that Republicans have the majority, all those same people demand the filibuster remain in place. Democrats have NO principles. Republicans have always supported it whether they are in the majority or not.

The only test that was deemed acceptable (non-racist) was a questionnaire where the applicants rated their own abilities across various criteria. There could be no test of their claims. Every such test was found to have 'disparate impact.'
The Trump administration is looking to put an end to this charade as was done in college admissions.

They were rude and obnoxious but Al Green's behavior was a new low even by Democrat Party standards. He got up and tried making a speech waving his cane around. A bunch of Democrats starting singing "We Shall Overcome." This was during the President's speech! Speaker Mike Johnson gave Green many chances but finally had to throw him out. Again, this was a new low from a Party you think could not go any lower. (recall one of their members publicly called Trump a 'motherfucker' as a sitting member of congress. Even 10 Democrats realized Green went too far and voted to censure him. UPDATE: very predictably, Green is attempting to cry 'racism.' "There is invidious discrimination in the House of Representatives. I’m a son of the segregated South. The rights that the Constitution recognized for me, my friends and neighbors denied. I had to sit in the back of the bus, the balcony of the movie, drink from a colored water fountain and my relatives who committed some crimes were locked up in the bottom of the jail. I know what invidious discrimination looks like. The Klan burned a cross in my yard. I know what it smells like... When the speaker decided that I would be removed, and then there was this motion, this resolution to censure me, it became obvious to me that I was not being treated as others were. And candidly speaking, it is invidious discrimination, harmful discrimination.” As always when Democrats play the race card, the claim is false: no outburst like this has ever happened and Johnson gave Green many opportunities to cease his disruption before being forced to remove him.
