This happens to all races: white boys (Peyton Ham), white girls (Hannah Williams), Hispanic kids (Andy Lopez), Asian kids (Nyah Mway) but for some reason when it happens to a black kid (Tamir Rice), that becomes proof that the police are racist and target black people.

SCOTUS is not trying to figure out if abortion should be legal or if bumpstocks should be legal. That's congress' job. They only rule on if something is constitutional. There are constitutional ways and non-constitutional ways to ban something or legalize something. Congress can make a national abortion law. Congress can ban bumpstocks. May 19, 2024 ~ Black man Joshua Cobb, a.k.a. "COBB X," of Trenton, NJ was arrested for planning to commit mass murder against white people. "I want to cause mayhem on the white community." "I want to erase them. All of them really, but in this case as many as I possibly can." Like most mass murderers, he planned to hit a 'gun free zone' which are created by democrats because they think they prevent gun violence but all they do is attract it. "I am certain nobody there is armed to be able to stop me from spraying them to the ground." His targets were a Jersey Strong gym and an Aldi grocery store in Robbinsville, a "rich white area" where "all these fucking rich ass white people" shop. "I currently lack the means necessary to kill as many as I intend to but one day I will have the available resources (finance) to purchase the appropriate weaponry for my killings."
Feb 25, 2024 ~ Dominic Miller and Lyndell Mays are charged with 2nd degree murder in the Chiefs Super Bowl parade in Kansas City. At least 20 people were injured in the mass shooting. 9 Children were shot. Local DJ Lisa Lopez-Galvan was killed. No mug shots for over a week. We were told because the were juveniles but it was because the shooters were black. Miller and Mays are adults. If the shooters were white, the mug shots would have been released immediately. But the #FakeNews always tries to cover up black crime for some reason.

Even though it this is an extremely rare kind of event, the media heavily covers the story while continuing to ignore orders of magnitude more black on white and black on Asian violent crime, some of which is racially motivated. They also ignore all of the black on black violent crime which is the overwhelming majority of crime black people face. Several articles with similar theme exposing the hypocricy. He concludes from his lie that 'assault weapons' need to be banned even though they account for about 1% of the deaths of kids being killed by gun violence.

May 8, 2023 ~ Mass shooting at a mall Allen, Texas. 8 dead. Shooter used an AR15. Democrats say, "See, this NEVER would have happened if AR15's were banned!" The #FakeNews calls the shooter, a 'white supremacist' to fulfill their predetermined narrative. Unfortunately for them, the shooter, Mauricio Garcia, was not white.
May 1, 2023 ~ Illegal alien Francisco Oropeza killed a family of 5 in Clevland, TX after they asked him to stop shooting his guns bc their baby was trying to sleep. Border Czar VP Kamala Harris was unavailable for comment. Many millions of unvetted migrants were let in during the Biden Admin.
Apr 20, 2023 ~ 16 year old Ralph Yarl is shot by 84 year old Andrew Lester after Yarl mistook Lester's house for a different house where his brothers were. This became a huge national outrage - massive media, celebrities and politicians spoke out, protests occurred and Biden invited Yarl to the White House! They and the #FakeNews portrayed this as YET ANOTHER example of white on black violence while they ignore black on white interracial violence even though that is the vast majority (84%) of black/white interracial violent crime.
Within DAYS of the Yarl incident, there were several similar incidents in the country which received much less attention and no White House invitation. The day after Yarl, 20-year old Kaylin Gillis was shot and killed by an elderly man for going down the wrong driveway by mistake. I.e. very similar to Yarl except Gillis was white so no one cared. A day or so later, a cheerleader in Texas tried to get in the wrong car and the occupant got out and started shooting at her and her friends. More than one girl was hit and one, Payton Washington, was very seriously wounded. The story was mostly ignored because the shooter, Pedro Tello Rodriguez Jr., was Hispanic and some of the girls were white. A couple of days after that a black man, Robert Louis Singletary shot a 6 year old white girl and her father because their basketball rolled onto his yard.
Neither Democrats, celebrities, #BLM nor the #FakeNews care about any of these shootings because they don't fit the false narrative they are trying to push which is that there is some kind of epidemic of white on black crime in the US. There is not. That is the rare exception.

The false narrative is that two Black state representatives were expelled while protesting gun policy for choosing to “defy Republican-endorsed policies.” And that they didn't expell another Rep. because she was white. As usual (as always), the narrative is a total lie. Black Reps Justin Jones and Justin Pearson brought protesters in the gallery, shouted into a bullhorn; slogans like "No justice, no peace," waved protest signs, banged on the podium like a drum, and led chants on the House floor. Doing this broke many house rules, but instead of stopping when repeatedly asked, they carried on like this for more than an hour. Rep. Gloria Johnson defended them. Johnson was not expelled because she broke no rules. But the 'justice Justins' claim it was due to 'racism' and the relative color of their skins. Lies every time.

Feb 26, 2023 ~ Mass shooting at MSU. Anthony McRae killed 3 and critically wounded 5. Dems reflexively blamed GOP as usual but quickly lost interested when they found out the gunman was black, used a handgun, and 'equity' based sentencing allowed him to buy a gun when he should have been barred. Just when you think Eric Swalwell couldn't be more loathsome, he says, "It’s very simple: you’re either here for the kids or the killers. Time and again, Republicans have chosen their side." Not 1 law Dems have proposed would have applied here except the one THEY ignored for DEI.
