The fight with law enforcement was so intense he broke a rib. Screaming FUCK YOU the whole time he was acting like a total violent lunatic. Democrats want to paint him as a peaceful "observer", ICU nurse. He is a domestic terrorist who continually instigates violent encounters with law enforcement while armed with a gun. It was never going to end well for him given this type of behavior.

He had a gun with several magazines which came out in the scuffle and agents shot him.

ICE made multiple attempts to get the family inside the house to take custody of the child. They refused to accept custody of the child. The father told officers he wanted the child to remain with him." They fed and took care of him after his parents abandoned him.
