It also includes allegations that state employees failed to monitor the smoldering burn scar in the days before the January 7 conflagration, despite nearly half a century of accumulated vegetation and forecasters issuing their direst warnings."
"The plan designates large swaths of the park as “avoidance areas,” where normal firefighting tactics are typically restricted. Within these zones, “no heavy equipment, vehicles, and retardant are allowed,” the plan states, and “fire suppression activities may not occur within these areas without consultation of an Agency Representative, or a Resource Advisor assigned to the incident.” The plan also says that no “mop-up” operations to extinguish smoldering hot spots are allowed in these areas “without the presence of an archeologist READ [resource advisor]”—meaning that thoroughly putting out a fire required bureaucratic oversight." This fire killed 12 people and destroyed over 7000 homes and businesses!

One example: Ana Cabrera, the 'legal reporter' at the #FakeNews @MSNOWNews said the redaction meant they "were minors or survivors of Jeffery Epstein."
In reality, they were all adult Hawaiian Tropic models at a Mar a Lago event. Trump took this public photo with them. Nothing to do with Epstein. One model was asked about it: "I was 22 years old and remember him being very nice. He was very gentlemanly."

No disparate impact lawsuits are valid. Companies and governments have just had to live with it. Cost of doing business that is passed on to the consumer. A few examples, "Google settled a racial bias lawsuit for $50 million. Merrill Lynch paid $20 million. Maryland taxpayers will have to pay $3 million to make a racial discrimination suit go away."
Heather Mac Donald says, "It is their greatest weapon against excellence, and it is an abuse of the spirit of our civil rights laws."
"The Maryland State Police wanted to make sure state troopers could read at a very basic level," says Mac Donald. "But because black applicants got lower scores, the test was ruled racist."

He then went on to shit on American culture and white people listing all the ways "his people" were superior.

Democrats now accuse Trump of calling for the deaths of the seditious six but he did not. He merely pointed out the lawful penalty for anyone tried and convicted of sedition.

They pledged to spend millions “to make long-overdue investments in our staff of color and our environmental and racial justice work and create a dialogue with, and resources for, our members about the intersection between racism and environmental justice issues and invest in our HR and training capacities to ensure that staff, volunteers, and members are held accountable for any harm they inflict upon members of our Sierra Club community who identify as Black, Indigenous, or people of color.” "The club even pledged to defund the police and make financial reparations for slavery." They wrote a 26 page Orwellian language policing manual. The list of 'problematic' words and phrases are so ridiculous, you would think its a parody. In a 2016 deposition, Giuffre said Trump “didn’t partake in any sex with us [and] never flirted with me.”

The Democrats tried to make hay out of Epstein's comment, "that dog that hasn’t barked is trump." But it doesn't mean what they think it means. He simply meant that there is no law enforcement chatter or activity involving Trump. Regardless of what Epstein meant or could have meant, there is still no evidence that Trump was ever involved with any of Epstein's illegal activities.
