May 24, 2026 ~ 'Equal Protection Means What It Says'
Great article explaining the history of the Fourteenth Amendment: "No state shall...deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws." And how the Democrats have tried to subvert it ever since.
They first tried with Plessy v. Ferguson (1896) ("separate but equal") but that was overturned by Brown v. Board of Education (1954) which "established that state-imposed separation by race is inherently unequal."
Undaunted, Democrats continued to enact policies that discriminated and segregated by race. Some courts allowed it only as a temporary measure since it was clearly unconstitutional. "Grutter v. Bollinger (2003), allowed race-conscious admissions programs to survive under a diversity rationale that Justice Powell essentially invented in Bakke and that Justice O'Connor extended in Grutter while predicting the programs would be unnecessary in 25 years. She was off by about two years."

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries said, "Instead of protecting the ability for American citizens to freely cast their ballot, Republican extremists have embraced voter suppression and racial gerrymandering to desperately cling to power. Some on the left are characterizing this as a return to "conversion therapy." This is yet another reason that it never made sense to lump the Ts in with the LGBs. Conversion therapy IS harmful and useless with the LGBs but being trans is a very different thing. In many, if not most it is not 'iniate' like sexuality. 80-90% of 'trans' youth will outgrow their gender dysphoria if not treated with drugs and surgeries. But if so treated, 80-90% will need the medical treatment for life, in exchange for many medical risks and complications all so they can never actually resemble the gender they are trying to 'transition' to. There are 10s of thousands of detransitioners even after 'gender affirming care' even though some to much of the damage done is irreversible.

"The judge also said that a lower sentence was warranted because of an executive order issued by President Trump mandating that transgender women be held at male-only federal facilities, which she said could interfere with her continuing to receive gender transition care."
Even by Democrat Party standards, this sentence defies belief. It sends 2 messages 1) identify as a woman and get a much lighter sentence. 2) "This verdict is a recipe for judicial assassinations."

Instead of people competing to be the best, they now have to compete to be the most victimized and needy. Truly a sad and poisonous development.
Jul 3, 2023 ~ Justice Jackson is debunked making an absurd argument for why affirmative action is necessary. “For high-risk Black newborns, having a Black physician more than doubles the likelihood that the baby will live, and not die.” Totally false. "The difference is 99.96% vs 99.91%, not even statistically significant." And it doesn't account for the fact that the high risk infants are more likely to see White doctors in the NICU.

Jun 30, 2023 ~ The Supreme Court STRIKES DOWN President Biden's student-debt-relief plan by a 6-3 vote. SCOTUS confirms the obvious fact that the plan is not authorized by the HEROES Act. Biden immediately vows to look for other illegal methods of funding the the program.
Jun 29, 2023 ~ In Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard, the Supreme Court strikes down race based affirmative action in college admissions. Asians must score 450, 270, 140 points higher than blacks, Hispanics and whites for the same spot in college. SCOTUS said no more of that unconstitutional racial discrimination!

Mar 10, 2023 ~ Columbia becomes the first Ivy League university to no longer require SAT/ACT scores for its applicants. Other colleges have already done so. This is a transparent move to eliminate merit in the name of 'equity' anticipating SCOTUS preventing them from discriminating on race.
