May 24, 2026 ~ 'Must watch: Ted Cruz obliterates the lies of Mazie Hirono'
This is too good. Hirono complains about many injustices of the past like Jim Crow laws, poll taxes, literacy tests, tests of how many jelly beans are in a jar etc. She repeats the lies about the Voting Rights Act has been gutted by the current SCOTUS and that there is "voter suppression" going on now. Ted Cruz takes the floor and explains that all of the things (and more like slavery, the KKK, and racial discrimination) is the history of the Democratic Party. All of those things were enacted by Democrats and fixed by Republicans. [Politics, Racism, SCOTUS, Slavery]
May 24, 2026 ~ 'Equal Protection Means What It Says'
Great article explaining the history of the Fourteenth Amendment: "No state shall...deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws." And how the Democrats have tried to subvert it ever since.
They first tried with Plessy v. Ferguson (1896) ("separate but equal") but that was overturned by Brown v. Board of Education (1954) which "established that state-imposed separation by race is inherently unequal."
Undaunted, Democrats continued to enact policies that discriminated and segregated by race. Some courts allowed it only as a temporary measure since it was clearly unconstitutional. "Grutter v. Bollinger (2003), allowed race-conscious admissions programs to survive under a diversity rationale that Justice Powell essentially invented in Bakke and that Justice O'Connor extended in Grutter while predicting the programs would be unnecessary in 25 years. She was off by about two years."
"Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard and UNC (2023) closed the Grutter chapter. Chief Justice Roberts, writing for a 6-3 majority, held that Harvard's and UNC's admissions programs couldn't be reconciled with the Equal Protection Clause. Adarand Constructors v. Pena (1995) had already established that all racial classifications by government, regardless of which group is burdened or benefited, are subject to strict scrutiny, the most demanding standard the Court applies. SFFA confirmed what Adarand required: classifying people by race to produce preferred outcomes isn't equal protection. It's the thing equal protection was written to prevent."
"No careful reading of the Equal Protection Clause makes DEI programs at state institutions constitutionally defensible. State governments may not deny any person the equal protection of the laws. Programs that distribute benefits and burdens by race deny equal protection to the people on the wrong end of the classification, whatever their race, whatever the stated rationale. The 39th Congress understood this. The Warren Court, in Brown, reaffirmed it." [Affirmative Action, College, Loathsome Left, SCOTUS]
May 16, 2026 ~ 'SCOTUS Just Ended 60 Years of Affirmative Action for House Democrats'
"Louisiana v. Callais is about ending a 60-year abuse that turned the 1965 Voting Rights Act from a tool for stopping racial discrimination into a weapon for mandating it. Under a warped interpretation of the law’s original purpose, federal courts long forced states to draw congressional maps based on voters’ race. The result: 144 majority-minority districts, just 23 of which elected Republicans in 2024. Call it what it is: affirmative action for Democratic members of Congress. Louisiana cried foul in 2024, when a federal court – prompted by the NAACP and a leftist get-out-the-vote group – forced the state to add a second majority-black district to its map. Voters promptly elected a Democrat, 51-38%. In response, Louisiana sued on the grounds that the map was drawn illegally using race as the predominant factor, violating the Voting Rights Act and the Constitution’s Equal Protection Clause." May 9, 2026 ~ 'The End of Racial Gerrymandering — or Democracy Itself?'
The Democrats are apocalyptic as always, lying while pretending not to understand the real issue. Everything the Republicans do is "the end of democracy." Unfortunately it works on low information voters who don't understand the facts.
"The Supreme Court recently struck down Louisiana’s congressional map as the product of unconstitutional racial gerrymandering. Under the ruling, race can still be considered when drawing congressional maps to ensure no illegal discrimination is taking place, but race cannot be used as the determinative factor in drawing districts."
Completely reasonable and fair but the Democrats lie about it as always. "Left-wing commentators have, predictably, inverted the logic behind the ruling, insisting that in coming out against racialized gerrymandering, the Court was actually working to enshrine racial discrimination."
“Allowing race to play any part in government decision-making represents a departure from the constitutional rule that applies in almost every other context,” Justice Samuel Alito wrote for the majority. “Compliance with section 2 thus could not justify the state’s use of race-based redistricting here. The state’s attempt to satisfy the Middle District’s ruling, although understandable, was an unconstitutional racial gerrymander.”
Democrats tried out do each other for who could make the most ridiculous and hyperbolic comment about a ruling that affirms the constitution does not permit discrimination on race. "But, of course, the most alarmist tone could be found on MS NOW, which unsurprisingly invited Stacey Abrams on the show to opine about Republicans, in her words, 'trying to legalize the restoration of Jim Crow.'" She went on to spew about 'racism and fascism' and Dred Scott. The Democrats could not be more ridiculous. [Fake Racism, Loathsome Left, Politics, SCOTUS]
May 9, 2026 ~ 'The Race-Obsessed Left Complains When the Supreme Court Issues a Colorblind Ruling'
Democrats keep insisting that districting based on race is part of the Voting Acts Rights of 1965 but its just not.
Thomas wrote: "This Court should never have interpreted (Section) 2 of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 to effectively give racial groups 'an entitlement to roughly proportional representation.' ... By doing so, the Court led legislatures and courts to 'systematically divid(e) the country into electoral districts along racial lines.' ... 'Blacks (we)re drawn into 'black districts' and given 'black representatives'; Hispanics (we)re drawn into Hispanic districts and given 'Hispanic representatives'; and so on. That interpretation rendered (Section) 2 'repugnant to any nation that strives for the ideal of a color-blind Constitution.' ... Today's decision should largely put an end to this 'disastrous misadventure' in voting-rights jurisprudence."
House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries said, "Instead of protecting the ability for American citizens to freely cast their ballot, Republican extremists have embraced voter suppression and racial gerrymandering to desperately cling to power. The corrupt conservative majority on the Supreme Court appointed by Donald Trump has taken a blowtorch to the Voting Rights Act. Why? The extremists need to cheat to win."
"It is not clear how removing race as a criterion in constructing congressional districts amounts to 'cheating.' Nor is it clear how this majority of justices, nominated by Republican presidents, renders the court 'corrupt.'"
"Contrary to what many Democratic politicians say and how they act, this is not their grandfather's America. But many Democrat politicians do not want a colorblind society. They want a color-coordinated one — as long as they oversee the coordination. My advice to Democrats after this ruling is simple: calm down. The days of poll taxes, literacy tests and grandfather clauses are long over. As Thomas Sowell says, 'When people get used to preferential treatment, equal treatment seems like discrimination.'" [Fake Racism, Larry Elder, Politics, SCOTUS]
May 1, 2026 ~ 'Supreme Court Strikes Down Institutionalized Racism'
After their excellent decision ending racial discrimination in college admissions, the Supreme Court has also ended political districts drawn based on race. Democrats howl that this 'guts the voting rights act' but it does no such thing. SCOTUS is fulfilling MLK Jr.'s dream of a color blind society. Democrats hate that.
The case was about 2 ridiculously drawn districts in Louisiana that were obviously drawn to create racial majorities in the districts. "In a 6–3 decision, the justices upheld a lower court ruling that found the map unconstitutional. The dispute centered on whether the districts amounted to race-based gerrymandering, with the lower court concluding that race played too large a role in how the map was drawn — violating the Constitution’s guarantee of equal protection."
“Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act of 1965, 52 U. S. C. §10301 et seq., was designed to enforce the Constitution—not collide with it. Unfortunately, lower courts have sometimes applied this Court’s §2 precedents in a way that forces States to engage in the very race-based discrimination that the Constitution forbids,” Justice Samuel Alito wrote in the majority opinion.
And under the Constitution, Alito continued, a violation of Section 2 only occurs when “the circumstances give rise to a strong inference that intentional discrimination occurred” – for example, when there are several possible maps that contain majority-minority districts, but the state “cannot provide a legitimate reason for rejecting all those maps.”
Justice Clarence Thomas suggested that the Supreme Court “should never have interpreted §2 of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 to effectively give racial groups ‘an entitlement to roughly proportional representation.’” Wednesday’s decision, Thomas wrote, “should largely put an end to this ‘disastrous misadventure’ in voting-rights jurisprudence.” Thomas would have held, he added, that Section 2 “does not regulate districting at all.” [Fake Racism, Politics, SCOTUS]
Apr 5, 2026 ~ 'Supreme Court Hands Down Major Conservative Win In Near-Unanimous Decision'
"The Supreme Court ruled 8-1 Tuesday in favor of a Christian counselor who challenged a Colorado law she said could punish her for helping gender-confused children become comfortable with their own bodies instead of pursuing irreversible transgender medical procedures."
“I hope this win for free speech will fuel a greater pursuit of truth. Both amongst the professionals and in the counseling room,” Chiles said. “Our kids deserve it. The law I’m challenging harms kids and silences speech. Kids deserve real help, affirming that their bodies are not a mistake, and that they are wonderfully made. I’m grateful that my speech is protected.”
Some on the left are characterizing this as a return to "conversion therapy." This is yet another reason that it never made sense to lump the Ts in with the LGBs. Conversion therapy IS harmful and useless with the LGBs but being trans is a very different thing. In many, if not most it is not 'iniate' like sexuality. 80-90% of 'trans' youth will outgrow their gender dysphoria if not treated with drugs and surgeries. But if so treated, 80-90% will need the medical treatment for life, in exchange for many medical risks and complications all so they can never actually resemble the gender they are trying to 'transition' to. There are 10s of thousands of detransitioners even after 'gender affirming care' even though some to much of the damage done is irreversible.
Matt Walsh commented: "To be clear, this was a law that attempted to ban therapists from telling gender confused boys that they're actually boys, and girls that they're actually girls. It was literally a law prohibiting anyone in the therapy profession from verbally acknowledging biological reality to their clients. Easily one of the most psychotic pieces of legislation ever passed anywhere in the world at any time in history. The fact that Kentanji Jackson tried to uphold this law -- even as her fellow liberals broke ranks with her -- just proves again that she is the most unfit, unqualified, unhinged lunatic to ever hold a seat on the Supreme Court." Feb 21, 2026 ~ 'SCOTUS Knocks Down Trump’s Tariffs'
https://www.dailywire.comw/news/scotus-knocks-down-trumps-tariffsight decision. The International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) was meant to quickly respond to an actual "emergency", not to set indefinite permanent trade policies. Ben Shapiro says, "I urge conservatives to think about this very strongly: If the president of the United States can simply declare a national emergency and then tariff the entire planet, what can’t the federal government do on the basis of an emergency?" Dec 14, 2025 ~ 'Trump Admin Accuses Boston Of Illegal Race-Based Housing Policies' Democrats, the party of Jim Crow, segregation and the KKK just can't give up their habits of racial discrimination even though its now illegal. "Federal investigators say Mayor Michelle Wu’s administration embedded racial preferences into major housing programs." “City Officials Have Enthusiastically Embraced and Appear to Have Implemented the City’s Proposed Racial Spoils System.” "One goal states that 65 percent of city-supported homeownership opportunities should go to BIPOC residents. HUD argues that these provisions constitute explicit racial preferences prohibited under federal civil rights law and past Supreme Court precedent." [Crime, Loathsome Left, Racism, SCOTUS]
Oct 14, 2025 ~ 'Man With 200 Explosives And Leftist Manifesto Arrested Outside Supreme Court Event At Church: Police'
While the #FakeNews keeps inventing false narratives of the right being violent, the left continues to prove its all them. Two days after a Biden judge gave light sentence to the attempted Kavanaugh assassin (because he now identifies as a woman), police arrested another violent leftist, Louis Geri outside a mass attended by SCOTUS Justices.
“Several of your people are gonna die from one of these,” the violent Democrat yelled, with a lighter in one hand. His manifesto entitled, “Written Negotiations for the Avoidance of Destruction of Property via Detonation of Explosives,” and mentioned several Justices was typical anti-ICE antisemitic garbage.
Geri “then shifted his right thumb over top of the butane lighter to initiate the lighting action and stated, ‘You better have these people step away or there’s going to be deaths.'” [Anti-Semitism, Illegal Immigration, Loathsome Left, SCOTUS, Violent Left]
Oct 6, 2025 ~ 'Trump Runs the Score Up in SCOTUS Rulings Over Lower Courts' "President Donald Trump has an almost flawless record on the Supreme Court’s emergency docket this year, a streak that has delivered crucial moments of relief to the government as it fights hundreds of lawsuits challenging the president’s agenda. The Supreme Court has ruled in Trump’s favor on government cuts, nationwide injunctions, immigration policies and more, leading the White House to tout what it recently counted as 21 victories before the high court." Oct 6, 2025 ~ 'Brett Kavanaugh’s Would-Be Assassin Gets Time Off for Trans Behavior'
"The light sentence is more than a moral outrage; it’s dangerous." Because of the Roe v. Wade decision Nicholas Roske decided to try to assassinate Justice Brett Kavanaugh. One would think trying to assassinate Supreme Court Justices would receive a very harsh sentence to send a message that this will not be tolerated.
But no, Biden-appointed Judge Deborah L. Boardman sentenced him to a mere 8 years in part because Roske has recently decided to identify as a woman. "The judge also said that a lower sentence was warranted because of an executive order issued by President Trump mandating that transgender women be held at male-only federal facilities, which she said could interfere with her continuing to receive gender transition care."
Even by Democrat Party standards, this sentence defies belief. It sends 2 messages 1) identify as a woman and get a much lighter sentence. 2) "This verdict is a recipe for judicial assassinations." [Kavanaugh, Loathsome Left, SCOTUS, Trans, Violent Left]
Sep 26, 2025 ~ 'The Left’s Ongoing Anti-Trump Terrorism Campaign'
"Donald Trump’s second term has been met with a sustained, low-level campaign of domestic terrorism... Once the administration got underway, though, the violent resistance began."
"First, it was the campaign against Tesla. Anti–Elon Musk agitators torched and otherwise vandalized vehicles, fired shots and threw Molotov cocktails at dealerships, and damaged charging stations."
"Then, the anti-ICE assaults ramped up. There have been riots outside ICE facilities, as well as incendiary attacks and shootings.
"When these events are put against the context of the assassination of a MAGA leader, Charlie Kirk, and last year’s two assassination attempts against Donald Trump himself, the picture is stark — a persistent, if wholly unorganized, effort to use violence to frustrate Trump’s policy goals and, in the extreme instance, to end the project entirely by killing him." Jun 27, 2025 ~ 'Supreme Court Sides With Trump, Limits Nationwide Injunctions In Birthright Citizenship Fight' Trump is racking up the victories. SCOTUS rules that lower courts cannot block EOs for the entire country. Trump: "Big one, wasn’t it? This was a big decision." Even though Supreme Court Justice Kagan voted against this, in 2022 she completely agreed with the majority ruling: "It just can’t be right that one district judge can stop a nationwide policy in its tracks and leave it stuck for the years that it takes to go through a normal process." That is exactly what the majority ruled here but Kagan has to reflexively vote against anything Trump wants. [Politics, SCOTUS, Trump Win]
Jun 22, 2025 ~ 'SCOTUS Upholds Tennessee Ban on Gender Affirming Care' In a huge landmark ruling, the Supreme Court upholds not just bans on gender affirming care for minors but upholds sanity and reality itself. Puberty is not an optional step in human development. 'Blocking' it does massive irreparable harm, as do so called 'gender affirming' surgeries and hormones. None of these things and their consequences can be consented to by minors. SCOTUS ruled that states who wish to protect minors from these harmful drugs and procedures are within their rights to do so. A huge victory for children. [Anti-Science, SCOTUS, Trans]
Apr 6, 2025 ~ Recall the study that claimed Black infants have a much lower survival rate if cared for by White Doctors.
SCOTUS Justice Ketanji Jackson cited it in a dissent. All the #FakeNews covered it. We knew then that it was bogus because it didn't account for most ICU doctors being White so they got the most at risk Black babies. A new study now confirms that further by showing that if you account for birth weight, the entire effect completely disappears. [Fake News, Fake Racism, Health Care, SCOTUS]
Dec 8, 2024 ~ 'There Are Times I Can't EVEN With KBJ' The Supremem Court is deciding if laws protecting minors from the permanent negative effects of puberty blockers and gender surgeries. Aug 11, 2024 ~ Even though SCOTUS made it clear that racial discrimination is illegal, leftists remain determined to continue doing it as it is one of their core values. University of California, Berkeley School of Law dean Erwin Chemerinsky was caught on video telling students how he evades the ban on racial preferences in hiring. "I’ll give you an example from our law school, but if ever I’m deposed, I’m going to deny I said this to you. When we do faculty hiring, we’re quite conscious that diversity is important... Anytime somebody says, ‘We should really prefer this candidate or this candidate because this person would add diversity.’ Don’t say that. You can think it, you can vote it, but our discussions are not privileged, so don’t ever articulate that that’s what you’re doing." Lovely. Jul 30, 2024 ~ Biden and Harris propose SCOTUS 'reforms' including an 18-year term limit that would immediately remove Justices John Roberts, Clarence Thomas, and Samuel Alito. Jul 5, 2024 ~ 'Wait, Can Donald Trump Drone His Political Enemies Now?' Democrats hyperventilate over the SCOTUS presidential immunity decision. They just clarified that the president has immunity for official acts but not for unofficial acts. Common sense. Obama droned an American citizen he thought was a terrorist for example. But Democrats led by Justice Sotomayor claim the ruling allows the president to commit any crime including ordering Seal Team 6 to kill political opponents. This is total madness as usual from them. Bill Barr (and other legal minds blast this nonsensical interpretation.) "He has the right to go and tell the Department of Justice to investigate something, but an example used by Justice Sotomayor was, ‘Oh, then he can fabricate evidence, give the evidence to the department, and use that evidence to indict them.’ He doesn’t have authority to fabricate evidence. That’s not carrying out an executive function. And the worst example, I think — the one that makes no sense whatsoever is that he can use SEAL Team 6 to kill a political opponent. The president has the authority to defend the country against foreign enemies — armed conflict and so forth. He has the authority to direct the justice system against criminals at home. He doesn’t have the authority to go and assassinate people." [Ben Shapiro, SCOTUS]
Jul 2, 2024 ~ 'Ted Cruz Explains Importance Of SCOTUS Overturning Chevron Decision'
“The Chevron decision created something that is called ‘Chevron Deference.’ Now what is Chevron Deference? It was a doctrine that said the courts will defer to federal agencies on rules and regulations so long as that rule and regulation is, quote, ‘reasonable. What it did is it gave enormous powers to un-elected bureaucrats and Chevron, you can trace in a very direct line, the rise of the administrative state, the rise of unelected bureaucrats issuing rules that are incredibly costly to the American people, incredibly harmful to the American people, you can trace that rise to the Chevron Doctrine."
"And so, the court last week overruled Chevron, what that means now, is that it is Congress, it’s the elected members of Congress that have to make policy decisions that impact the American people, not the armies of bureaucrats who have no democratic accountability. The result today is there is more power in the elected members of Congress. And the reason that matters because where power resides, you want it to reside where there’s accountability." Jun 19, 2024 ~ 'Critics Fundamentally Misconstrue the Supreme Court's Bump Stock Ruling' Democrats have no idea what Supreme Court rulings like this one or Roe v. Wade are even about. SCOTUS is not trying to figure out if abortion should be legal or if bumpstocks should be legal. That's congress' job. They only rule on if something is constitutional. There are constitutional ways and non-constitutional ways to ban something or legalize something. Congress can make a national abortion law. Congress can ban bumpstocks. Do things the right way and they will last. Alito: "The statutory text is clear, and we must follow it. An event that highlights the need to amend a law does not itself change the law's meaning. But now that the situation is clear, Congress can act." [Abortion, Guns-Mass Shootings, SCOTUS]
Mar 6, 2024 ~ You wouldn't think it possible for @KeithOlbermann to take the role of "unhinged moron" to new heights but he keeps over achieving! He wants to 'dissolve' SCOTUS because they ruled that a single random bureaucrat can't decide for an entire state who the people are allowed to vote for. You don't need many functioning brain cells to know that is not compatible with democracy. Fortunately all 9 Justices have more brain cells than Olbermann. 9-0. Olbermann said on X: "The Supreme Court has betrayed democracy. Its members including Jackson, Kagan and Sotomayor have proved themselves inept at reading comprehension. And collectively the "court" has shown itself to be corrupt and illegitimate. It must be dissolved." Sadly, Oblbermann is not an outlier. Many Democrats are upset that they are not being allowed to remove candidates from the ballot. [Loathsome Left, Politics, SCOTUS]
Mar 4, 2024 ~ The Supreme Court restores Trump to the Colorado Primary Ballot in a unanimous 9-0 ruling. The Democrats, who claim they are "saving democracy", keep trying to remove their political opponents from the ballot but SCOTUS is not standing for it. Justice Barrett explained that the states cannot create a "chaotic state-by-state patchwork, at odds with our Nation’s federalism principles." Its incredibly scary that many democrats are upset with this decision, believing that they should be able to remove their political opponents from the ballot with no awareness of where such chaos would lead. They are, as always, the "by any means necessary" party. [Loathsome Left, Politics, SCOTUS, Trump Win]
Mar 2, 2024 ~ Joy Behar said "That was the day democracy died" about when SCOTUS stopped the ridiculous, unconstitutional selective recounts that Gore demanded in the 2000 election.
