Following that Act, any test or requirement that negatively affected one race more than others would be deemed 'racist' by definition and would have to be changed. This is how the banking industry was deemed 'racist' because by treating all races equally by looking at relevant measures such as credit score and income, more black people were excluded than white people. The qualifications were not racist but it didn't matter. Banks had to 'remedy' the 'racism' by lowering the standards for black people to up the numbers. The collateral damage that resulted (black families going bankrupt, banks going under) did not matter to the race hustlers.
Disparate impact effected many other areas than banking. Tests to become firefighters were called 'racist' because not enough black people were meeting the minimum requirements in some areas. The tests were not racist; they tested for important job relevant things like calculating how many hoses were needed to cover a distance. SAT tests were called 'racist' for the same reason. Many colleges were forced start ignoring or downplaying SAT scores so as not to run afoul of disparate impact claims.
Everyone started implementing illegal racial quotas as the only way to fight off disparate impact claims: "It’s hard for a department to avoid lawsuits and liability proactively, given the subjectivity involved both within the executive branch and in the courts. 'The only way they are going to avoid trouble with a liberal Justice Department is if they ensure that at the end of the year, when you break down their hiring, it fits the racial quotas that the Justice Department thinks you ought to have.'"
Physical tests have a disparate impact on women which put fire stations and other jobs between a rock and a hard place. They must ensure that their people are physically able to do the job for the safety of everyone involved, but they also must make sure their hiring has no disparate impact. The Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) found FEMA spending on inflated contracts, duplicate services and programs it called fraudulent or unnecessary." FEMA has an important role we can't afford to light hundreds of millions of dollars on fire. Without Trump, none of these cost cutting savings would be taking place.
Aug 23, 2025 ~ 'Trump Vindicated in Newly Released 'Epstein Files' Interview' Democrats, who move from one hoax to the next after the previous one is debunked, won't know what to do as they have hung all of their hopes on this new hoax. The idea that somehow Trump is on Epstein's 'list' and or has committed crimes with Epstein. This was never plausible but Epstein accomplice and former girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell now confirms it.
"According to the interviews, Maxwell told investigators President Donald Trump was never involved with Epstein's sex trafficking enterprise and was 'never inappropriate with anybody.' Trump and Epstein were acquaintances in the early 2000s before Trump broke off the relationship 20 years ago."

"The reality is the Smithsonian has already been rewriting history under the banner of “diversity, equity, and inclusion” (DEI). The institution’s fiscal year 2024 and 2025 budgets, which I reviewed, show just how entrenched the DEI initiative has become in the Smithsonian’s operations." Millions of dollars allocated to DEI initiatives including "two separate bureaucracies now exist solely to enforce DEI priorities." This spending requires that all exhibits be distorted per the DEI agenda. "The Trump administration’s review will not 'erase' history; rather, it will restore accuracy and fairness. It will hold the Smithsonian accountable for how it spends taxpayer dollars and ensure its exhibits and educational programs serve all Americans—not just those who fit an approved ideological profile."

Democrats have stepped in the next trap Trump set for them. Trump is sick of the crime in DC and is sending federal help with the situation. Democrats reflexively line up to explain how DC doesn't really have a crime problem and they are abetted as usual by the #FakeNews. This is just the next reason for them to call Trump a 'fascist.' But the truth cannot be swept under the rug forever.
D.C. had 187 homicides in 2024, or about 27 for every 100,000 residents. For reference, Boston, had 3.7 homicides per 100,000 residents during that same time frame, New York City (4.7) or Los Angeles (7.1). Car jackings are also very high relative to other big cities.
Also, stats purporting to show that DC crime is improving have been due to "deliberately falsifying crime data" specifically to make DCs stats look better.
Joe Scarborough read a text from a liberal friend who is secretly happy about what Trump is doing even though officially they have to appear to oppose everything he does. "He says, ‘This may sound controversial, but I’m not totally opposed to Trump’s National Guard move in D.C. I know he’s doing it for politics, but crime remains rampant. I’ve had too many friends carjacked, shot at. None of us will walk more than three blocks after 8 p.m. 13 year-olds are committing many of these crimes. Quite a change from a decade ago, when things were much calmer.'”
UPDATE: Trump's policy gets great results: D.C.'s Fox 5 News reported: "Since the Guard's arrival, the city has experienced a notable decline in criminal activity. For the first time in a long time, D.C. has gone seven days without a homicide. Carjackings have decreased by 83%, robberies by 46%, car thefts by 21%, and overall violent crime is down 22%. 'When you have these numbers going down it means this is a success and people feel safer,'"

The administration has taken important steps to protect female sports and to keep minors from being subjected to “gender-affirming care.” With brute-force threats, he’s pushed universities into agreements to adopt reforms and probably upended forever the assumption that billions of federal dollars would flow to top universities as a matter of course."
